Source basis: this guide is built from Robben's Steam “SOS OPS! 100% Achievements Guide” (the authoritative source for all 24 achievements and their locations), cross-checked against a second independent full-gameplay guide that confirms the same eight-mission order, plus the Steam store for official details and screenshots, and an embedded full run. TrueAchievements lists exactly 24 achievements — the same 24 mapped below — so this is the complete set, not a partial one. SOS OPS! is a physics-driven co-op “chaos” game, so almost every achievement is something you do (drive, climb, throw, jump), not a code to memorise. The one puzzle that looks like a code — the power-station buttons — is randomized every attempt, and we tell you how to read it rather than inventing a number.
What is SOS OPS!?
SOS OPS! is a co-op “chaos” game from developer ArtDock (published by Dreland Enterprises), released on November 30, 2023. You play a wobbly little emergency responder — one of a rescue crew — saving a cartoon city from fires, floods, blackouts, runaway trains and stranded cats. It's built for up to four players in online, LAN or split-screen co-op (and it has competitive PvP modes too), but it plays just fine solo.
The key thing to understand before anything else: this is a ragdoll physics game in the Human: Fall Flat / Gang Beasts family. Your character is floppy, you grab with each hand, you climb by holding on and pulling yourself up, and you carry and throw objects that bounce around unpredictably. Most of the game's “solutions” are physical, not logical — which is exactly why the walkthrough below tells you what each mission and achievement wants, and the embedded full run shows you the precise wobble on anything that fights you.
On Steam it's Windows-only and usually just a few dollars; it's also on Xbox and Nintendo Switch with the same achievement set. There are 24 achievements in total, and a focused 100% run takes roughly 4–5 hours.

How the game is structured
SOS OPS! splits into a couple of hub areas and an eight-mission campaign. Knowing where each achievement lives saves a lot of wandering:
- Training Center — the opening tutorial. One secret achievement hides here.
- Headquarters — your base: a basketball hoop, breakable windows, a garage, an office with a fish tank, and the PVP/PVE mode board. Four achievements.
- The campaign, in order: First Call → Fire Fighting → Clear Clogs → Find Cats → Turn Power Off → Stop the Train → Restore Power → Fix the Ship.
The single most useful fact for 100%: the First Call mission opens up a free-roam city, and nine of the 24 achievements live in that city playground — the soccer pitch, the office tower, the bridge, the freighter. Most of the linear missions only give you a “you completed it” achievement; the city is where the real checklist is. (And Fix the Ship has no achievements at all, so don't comb it.)

Hub achievements — Training Center & Headquarters
Training Center — First Handshake (secret)
During the opening tutorial there's a moment where you fly up. Instead of carrying on, go left and through the left-hand door. Inside, grab the president (“Mr. Pr.”) and place him in the middle, in front of the cameras. That pops the secret First Handshake achievement.
Headquarters (four achievements)
- Basketball Player — on the HQ court, score 20 points on the hoop.
- I Forgot Something — get down into the garage, then return to the office through the pipe/exit. (Heads-up: the screenshot for this one in the popular Steam guide is wrong — a reader flagged it. Follow the text: garage out, back through the pipe.)
- A World of Pane — break every window in HQ across all three areas: the main room, the office, and the garage. The high panes are the tricky part — players use a light throwable (the office cat works, or the “axe-flying” launch trick borrowed from Human: Fall Flat) to reach them.
- Secret Passage — in the office, pull the lever hidden inside the aquarium/fish tank. It opens a concealed door — walk through it to claim the achievement.
The city playground (First Call) — nine achievements
Completing First Call gives you Trained and Ready! and, more importantly, the run of the city. These are all optional and can be mopped up in any order — treat the city as one big stunt park.

- Break It All Down — destroy 25 of the “disappearing” environmental objects (benches, lanterns and the like). Grab a fast car and simply plough through street furniture; it pops once you've smashed enough.
- Goal! — at the soccer field, score 20 goals for one of the teams.
- Back in Time — hit 88 mph in any car (a Back to the Future nod). Find a long straight, point the car one way and don't over-steer. It usually pops on its own while you set up the next one.
- Alley-oop — despite the name, this is the big ramp that launches you toward the freight ship, not a literal trampoline. Take a fast car, hit the ramp full-tilt GTA-style and sail into the water.
- Another Ship — climb to the bow of the freighter and strike the Titanic “Jack and Rose” pose.
- I'm On Top of The World! — reach the highest point in the city. There's an office tower with a lift; ride it up (bringing the ladder car helps), then climb the rest of the way to the top of the antenna.
- Capy-Party — from that same office tower, take the cable car/railway down to a rooftop with a swimming pool full of capybaras.
- It Aint Much But It's Honest Work — climb the suspension bridge to the top (and find out it was all for nothing). Three ways up, easiest to hardest: jump from the plane off the office tower and drop onto the bridge; climb the bridge using its steel beams as steps (rest often); or, for show-offs, balance up the main cable.

Big time-saver for the climbs. The three vertical achievements — the antenna, the bridge and Capy-Party — are slow on foot. The community's shortcut is a “cone-jump” launch trick (there's a dedicated Steam guide devoted to it) that flings you up and skips most of the climbing. If you'd rather climb honestly, remember the physics are Human: Fall Flat-style: hold Sprint/Shift while climbing, or hold the wall with one hand, swing up, and let go to gain height.
The mission campaign — the remaining achievements
Fire Fighting — Save the Pizza
Put out the blaze at the pizzeria. Save the Pizza is a mission-completion achievement — you can't miss it.

Clear Clogs — Pressurized Maze & I'm Your Plumber
A trip into the sewers. Pressurized Maze is the ball-in-the-pipes puzzle you have to solve as part of the level, and I'm Your Plumber is the mission-completion reward. Both are unmissable — just play through.
Find Cats — Not Even a Scratch
Round up the stranded cats. Not Even a Scratch unlocks when you finish the mission. The tricky part is finding every cat — the most-asked-about one is at the amusement park, tucked behind the bumper-car tent; grab it and let it clear out in the tent or an open area.
Turn Power Off — Ouch!, Give Me More Buttons & Tiny Power Plant
- Ouch! — walk into one of the electrical fields and take a shock. (Yes, on purpose.)
- Give Me More Buttons — the 5-camera button puzzle on the power station, and the closest thing the game has to a code. The combination is different every attempt — it's displayed on camera slots 3 and 5, and you press the buttons in order from the left side to the right side to match it. Don't look for a fixed number; read it off the cameras each time.
- Tiny Power Plant — complete the Turn Power Off mission (unmissable).
Stop the Train — Oops! & Stop the Damn Train
A desert chase along the rails. Oops! just wants you to fall off the train — step off the edge and let physics do the rest. Stop the Damn Train (a cheeky GTA “follow the damn train” reference) is the mission-completion achievement.

Restore Power — Let There Be Light!
Bring the city's lights back on. Let There Be Light! is the mission-completion achievement — unmissable.
Fix the Ship
The final mission has no achievements attached at the time of writing, so there's nothing to hunt for here. Any city-based achievements you still need are reached back through First Call.
Going for 100% — the short version
- 24 achievements is 100%, and most are unmissable mission completions. The real checklist is the nine city achievements plus the four in Headquarters and the First Handshake secret.
- Do the city as one session. After First Call, knock out Break It All Down, Goal!, Back in Time, Alley-oop, Another Ship, the office-tower trio (Top of the World, Capy-Party) and the bridge in one loop rather than re-loading.
- Nothing is permanently missable. You can return to the city, and the puzzle/electrical achievements can be retried — the button combo simply re-rolls.
- Use the shortcuts. The cone-jump trick for the climbs and a co-op partner for the soccer/basketball counters cut the longest grinds down sharply.
Frequently asked questions
How many achievements does SOS OPS! have?
24, and 24/24 is 100%. Most are unmissable mission completions; the optional ones cluster in the free-roam city and in Headquarters. A complete run takes roughly 4–5 hours.
Can I play SOS OPS! solo, or do I need friends?
You can play solo, but it's built for up to four players in online, LAN or split-screen co-op (plus competitive PvP modes). With Remote Play Together and Family Sharing, friends can join even without their own copy. Co-op makes the soccer and basketball counters much faster.
What's the code for the power-station button puzzle?
There isn't a fixed one — the Give Me More Buttons combination is randomized every attempt. The pattern is shown on camera slots 3 and 5, and you press the five buttons left to right to match it. Read it off the cameras rather than memorising a number.
How do I climb the bridge and the tower without it taking forever?
The climbs use Human: Fall Flat-style physics — hold Sprint/Shift while climbing, or grab the wall with one hand, swing up and release. To skip most of the climbing entirely, the community uses a cone-jump launch trick (there's a dedicated Steam guide for it) on the antenna, the bridge and Capy-Party.
Why can't I find any achievements in Fix the Ship?
Because there aren't any in that mission at the moment. It's the campaign finale, but the achievement checklist lives in the earlier missions and the city — so if you're chasing 100%, that's where to look.
Is SOS OPS! on consoles?
Yes. Alongside the Windows Steam version it's on Xbox and Nintendo Switch, with the same set of achievements (Xbox lists them as 24 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore).
