Coffee Talk Tokyo Walkthrough: A 15-Day Best-Ending Route

Spoiler-light route: Coffee Talk Tokyo does not stop when you serve a poor drink. It quietly carries that result into a character’s outcome, which means the expensive mistake is discovering a bad route only after Day 15. The sheet below gives one tested sequence for all 15 shifts, including repeat orders, the two Tomodachill detours that are easy to skip, and the guest appearances that tell you whether linked stories are still on course.

This is a route, not a claim that every flexible request has one legal answer. When Jun asks for something cold and quick or Blue asks for any hot coffee, the game accepts a condition rather than a single named recipe. The listed choice is a low-ambiguity answer used in a successful best-ending run. For named drinks, copy the temperature and all three ingredients in order.

Route boundary: research was checked on July 18, 2026. Steam identifies Coffee Talk Tokyo as AppID 3161220, developed by Chorus Worldwide Games and Toge Productions and released on May 21, 2026. The official listing has 44 achievements. This guide covers the 15-day best-ending route and its immediate story checks, not every Brewpad recipe, Gallery image, Challenge Mode target, or alternate ending.

Read this as a state sheet, not a recipe encyclopedia

Every row uses the same compact format: temperature – base / primary / secondary. “Hot – Coffee / Honey / Soymilk” is not interchangeable with “Hot – Coffee / Soymilk / Honey”; changing ingredient order can change the finished drink. Open the Brewpad when a patron names a recipe you have already discovered, but use the spoken condition when the order is deliberately broad.

  • Day 1 Ayame is the decorative gate. Brew the listed hot drink, enter latte art, add milk art, and apply a stencil before serving. Other sweet, milk-compatible recipes can satisfy her, but skipping art or the stencil misses the clear route condition.
  • Cold is a setting, not an ingredient. Select it before choosing the three ingredients. This matters on vague requests such as Jun’s Day 4 order and Ash’s Day 7 tea.
  • Do not use the drink name alone to repair a mismatch. If the displayed result differs, compare the temperature and ingredient order before throwing it away.
  • Check Tomodachill before starting the day’s dialogue. Days 9 and 10 contain the only social-feed actions this route treats as mandatory checkpoints.

Days 1-5: protect the stencil and temperature checks

Day Serve in this order
1 – Thu, Jul 30 Hendry: Hot – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Jun: Hot – Chocolate / Honey / Soymilk. Fuku: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Coffee. Ayame: Hot – Coffee / Soymilk / Honey, then add latte art and a stencil.
2 – Fri, Jul 31 Ash: Hot – Tea / Soymilk / Soymilk. Kenji: Cold – Coffee / Coffee / Ice Cream. Makoto: Cold – Green Tea / Soymilk / Mango.
3 – Sat, Aug 1 Vin: Hot – Coffee / Soymilk / Whipped Cream. Emi: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Ginger. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Erika: Cold – Soymilk / Lychee / Ice Cream.
4 – Mon, Aug 3 Jun: Cold – Coffee / Coffee / Coffee. Kenji: Cold – Coffee / Soymilk / Soymilk. Blue: Hot – Tea / Yuzu / Honey.
5 – Tue, Aug 4 Emi: Cold – Hojicha / Ginger / Honey. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Fuku: Cold – Hojicha / Yuzu / Mint. Ayame: Hot – Chocolate / Honey / Ginger.

Most of these resolve into named Brewpad drinks: Hojicha, Chocobee Soy, Espresso, Royal Milk Tea, Coffee Float, Matcha Mango Latte, Vinnese Coffee, Jahe Tubruk, Iced Hojicha, Pink Skiff, Iced Au Lait, Hotto Yuzu Mitsu, Hiyashi-Ame, Chajito, and the chocolate-honey-ginger drink shown in some guides as 299.792.458. The name of that last recipe is mistyped as 299.792.456 in two otherwise consistent route tables; the ingredient sequence is the stable instruction.

Day 4 is the first useful example of a condition-based order. Jun wants the drink cold and fast, so a plain cold triple-coffee brew is easy to reproduce, but it is not the only successful response. Day 5 Yuki similarly accepts a straightforward Hojicha route in more than one tested sequence. Preserve the requested condition instead of assuming a different successful recipe invalidates the run.

Day 1 is the important art checkpoint: make a compatible hot drink, enter the art screen, pour milk, and apply a stencil before selecting Done.

Days 6-10: second orders and social posts start linking routes

Day Serve in this order
6 – Wed, Aug 5 Blue: Cold – Tea / Yuzu / Honey. Vin: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Coffee. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Erika: Cold – Soymilk / Lychee / Ice Cream. Erika again: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha.
7 – Thu, Aug 6 Jun: Cold – Soymilk / Mango / Soymilk. Ash: Cold – Tea / Tea / Tea. Kenji: Cold – Green Tea / Green Tea / Green Tea.
8 – Fri, Aug 7 Ayame: Hot – Chocolate / Honey / Ginger. Ayame again: Hot – Green Tea / Green Tea / Green Tea. Fuku: Hot – Chocolate / Honey / Honey. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Erika: Hot – Hojicha / Mango / Mango. Ash: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Coffee.
9 – Sat, Aug 8 Ayame: Hot – Soymilk / Mango / Honey. Vin: Hot – Coffee / Soymilk / Whipped Cream. Blue: Hot – Coffee / Honey / Mango.
10 – Mon, Aug 10 Makoto: Cold – Chocolate / Mint / Mint. Jun: Cold – Hojicha / Hojicha / Hojicha. Kenji: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Ice Cream. Hendry: Cold – Tea / Mango / Ice Cream.

Day 6 and Day 8 both contain repeat customers. Do not treat the first successful reaction as permission to fast-forward past the second order. Erika’s second Day 6 drink follows Yuki’s plain iced Hojicha; Ayame’s second Day 8 drink is a hot Matcha. That Matcha follows the bento scene and is the drink checkpoint associated with Madeleine de Ghost.

Pause before opening the café on the next two shifts:

  1. Day 9: open Tomodachill, enter the #GoodGirl thread, like the dog picture, and open it fully. Then open the newly revealed #MisakiIto post and interact with it as well.
  2. Day 10: find the post by kanachan99 and like it. Confirm that a post by misaki_memorial appears before continuing the route.

Blue’s Day 9 line is another broad order: any hot coffee-based drink can work. Coffee / Honey / Mango is listed because it is an unambiguous hot coffee and was part of the tested route. The condition matters more than copying that flavor combination.

Days 11-15: the guest list becomes your route detector

Day Serve in this order
11 – Tue, Aug 11 Fuku: Cold – Chocolate / Ginger / Ice Cream. Ayame: Hot – Chocolate / Ginger / Ginger. Yuki: Hot – Coffee / Honey / Soymilk. Emi: Cold – Tea / Mango / Lychee.
12 – Wed, Aug 12 Makoto: Cold – Coffee / Lychee / Ice Cream. Kenji: Cold – Tea / Tea / Yuzu. Ash: Hot – Coffee / Soymilk / Soymilk. Jun: Hot – Tea / Soymilk / Lychee.
13 – Thu, Aug 13 Vin: Hot – Soymilk / Lychee / Mango. Erika: Hot – Hojicha / Mango / Lychee. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Mango / Ice Cream. Emi: Hot – Soymilk / Mint / Mint. Vin again: Hot – Chocolate / Soymilk / Mint. Yuki again: Cold – Hojicha / Mango / Ice Cream.
14 – Fri, Aug 14 Blue: Hot – Tea / Yuzu / Honey. Jun: Hot – Tea / Tea / Tea. Makoto: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Ginger. Blue again: Hot – Coffee / Coffee / Ginger. Vin: Hot – Soymilk / Ginger / Honey. Rachel, if present: Hot – Soymilk / Ginger / Ginger.
15 – Sat, Aug 15 Vin: Cold – Green Tea / Lychee / Ice Cream. Emi: Cold – Tea / Mint / Mint. Ayame: Hot – Soymilk / Mango / Honey. Akiko: Hot – Hojicha / Yuzu / Honey. Yuki: Cold – Hojicha / Mango / Ice Cream.

The named drinks in this stretch include Chaiced Cocoa, Ginger Chocolate, Bee’n Buzzy, Tropical Tea, Makoto Parfait, Iced Yuzu Tea, Caffe Latte, Lychee Kiri Te, Mango Melba, Lait de Menthe, Mint Chip Latte, Jahe Tubruk, STMJ, Snow Forest, Iced Mint Tea, Nighty Night, and Yuzu Cha. On Day 13, Vin’s first request only requires an uncaffeinated, Soymilk-based answer in several tested routes. The hot Soymilk / Lychee / Mango entry above is one successful choice, not a hidden mandatory recipe.

Rachel appearing on Day 14 is a live route check. Her visit depends on the linked Hendry and Jun chain. If she is absent, do not assume the final shift will repair that connection. Revisit their earlier days, correct their drinks, and return to Day 14 before judging the credits.

Fuku and Akiko are the second linked check. Keeping Fuku’s and Ayame’s drinks on their good routes allows the Day 15 meeting with Akiko. Serve Akiko the hot Hojicha / Yuzu / Honey order, then allow the sequence and credits to finish. The official achievement list places The world’s warmest violin after this as an after-credits scene, so quitting at the first roll can hide the proof that the chain completed.

When the order gives freedom, preserve the condition

Order Condition to protect Why the route uses its listed drink
Day 4 Jun: cold and quick Cold temperature Triple coffee is fast to enter and easy to audit.
Day 6 Vin: caffeinated Caffeinated base Hot triple coffee avoids debate over milk or flavor.
Day 7 Ash: any cold tea Cold plus a tea base Cold Tea / Tea / Tea is the simplest compliant answer.
Day 8 Ayame: very sweet and spicy High sweetness and spice Chocolate / Honey / Ginger is a named, repeatable fit.
Day 9 Blue: any hot coffee Hot plus Coffee base Honey Mango Coffee satisfies both without relying on a borderline base.
Day 11 Ayame: strong smell A strongly aromatic ingredient Double Ginger makes the intended condition obvious.
Day 13 Vin: uncaffeinated Soymilk base; no coffee or tea base The fruit-Soymilk combination stays clearly outside caffeine.
Day 15 Emi: fresh and cold, no heavy milk or honey Cold tea; avoid Soymilk, Honey, cream, and ice cream Iced Mint Tea is crisp and contains none of the excluded additions.

This distinction explains why reputable completed routes disagree on a handful of ingredients while still reporting the same best endings. Treat an exact named order as exact. Treat a flavor sentence as a constraint, and use the table’s choice when you want a reproducible answer rather than experimenting.

Use the credits as a diagnostic screen

Let the entire Day 15 sequence play. A clean run should award or satisfy the route behind Voted Barista of the Year and the character best-end set summarized by Seeing the Best in Yokai. The guest and scene checks narrow down a failure faster than replaying all 15 days:

  • No Rachel on Day 14: repair Hendry and Jun first. Their successful chain also feeds Father and Daughter and the True Blue Nights credits condition.
  • No Akiko conversation on Day 15: repair Fuku and Ayame, then repeat Day 15 and serve Yuzu Cha to Akiko.
  • A single character lacks a best-end snapshot: replay only that patron’s visit days, then run Day 15 again. For Blue or Vin, also inspect their linked orders because their shared scene depends on both.
  • The story endings are correct but the Gallery is incomplete: do not disturb this route. Art Connoisseur and Special Cameo involve Tomodachill discoveries across additional playthroughs and are separate cleanup work.

The route ends when the credits and after-credits scenes have finished, not when the last cup leaves the counter. That final wait is the cheapest verification step in the game: it tells you which relationship to repair without turning a local mistake into a blind full replay.
