APHELION Collectibles Route: All 58 Finds and Achievement Cleanup

Ariane using the Pathfinder across Persephone in APHELION

The dangerous number in APHELION is not 58. It is 27: Secondary Markers are the largest collectible set, and the chapter menu does not identify which individual marker you missed. Scan them in order and keep an external checklist. Audiofiles, bodies, and Glyphs are easier to reconstruct later.

Chapter Select unlocks after the story, so no collectible is permanently lost. A first-pass ledger still saves time: the route below places all four collectible types at the story checkpoint where they become available and pairs the low-overlap miscellaneous achievements with convenient chapters.

Keep the Pathfinder open at every new overlook. Secondary Markers appear as scan points beyond the story objective, not as objects at Ariane’s feet.

Build the ledger around four counters

Set Total How it registers Related achievement
Crewmember bodies 5 Inspect the body fully; several also grant an Audiofile automatically Crew Expendable
Glyphs 8 Find the ice formation, tune it with the EM scanner, then collect the revealed core Novice Glaciologist for the first; Expert Glaciologist for all eight
Audiofiles and Datapads 18 Interact with the tablet or fully inspect the linked crewmember Bookworm
Secondary Markers 27 Open Pathfinder and hold its point over the distant feature until it registers Webb

The totals add to 58. Steam listed 30 achievements when checked on July 19, 2026: 13 story checks, five collection checks, 11 miscellaneous tasks, and PIONEER for unlocking the rest. Changing global completion percentages are intentionally omitted. The first-party feed captured no collectible-count change after release.

Use this chapter count as the audit sheet

Chapter Markers Glyphs Audio/Datapads Bodies
1: The Wreck 0 0 0 0
2: The Pulse 1-2 1 0 0
3: The Escape Pod 3-11 0 1 0
4: The Onyx Forest 12-14 2-3 0 0
5: The Outpost 15 4 2-4 0
6: The Base 16 0 5-11 1-2
7: The Storm 17-20 5-6 0 0
8: The Nexus 21 0 12-16 3
9: Reunion 22-23 0 17 4
10: The Styx 24-27 7-8 18 5
11: The Source 0 0 0 0

Write down a marker number only after the scan finishes. Seeing a white point or an objective label is not the same as registering the Secondary Marker.

Chapters 1-3: bank the cumulative tasks, then scan before moving machinery

Chapter 1 has no collectibles. It is the cleanest place to start three cumulative tasks:

  • Augmented Reality: keep Pathfinder open continuously for two minutes.
  • Cliffhanger: chain 15 successful perfect-grab inputs without breaking the streak. The early climbing tutorial lets you jump between two nearby ledges without advancing.
  • Call of the Void: falling deaths accumulate to 20. Let normal mistakes count and finish the remainder later in Chapter Select instead of interrupting the first route 20 times.

Chapter 2. At the entrance to the large ice cave, scan the opening for Marker 1 and the unusual ice formation nearby for Marker 2. Switch from Pathfinder to the EM scanner at that same formation, tune the frequency, and collect Glyph 1. This first Glyph unlocks Novice Glaciologist. The chapter’s narrow balance sections are also the earliest reliable place for High-wire Act: cross three without triggering a recovery prompt.

Chapter 3. After the early crevice and scene at the natural arch, stop before following Thomas’s route. Scan the four visible landforms for Markers 3-6. When the robotic sound objective appears, scan the unknown machine before interacting with it for Marker 7. After the ladder incident and oxygen connection, do not descend immediately. From that overlook, register the unknown device, ice formation, and two abandoned-equipment points for Markers 8-11.

Audiofile 1 sits beside the oxygen station reached after routing around the exposed structure with no tank. Connect to the station first, then inspect the table on the raised part of that safe area.

Chapter 4: protect the clean stealth run before farming deaths

Complete the first Nemesis encounter without detection for Whisperstep. Enter stealth movement before the creature reaches the route, cross the initial bridge, descend left, keep the central column between Ariane and Nemesis, then climb and use the ice crack. If the alert state turns red, reload the checkpoint.

After that encounter, Pathfinder automatically frames the distant light reflection. At the same overlook, scan the lower ice formation and the higher cave for Markers 12 and 13. Descend along the edge to the marked formation and tune Glyph 2. When the repaired magnetic node opens the route, do not take the new ice bridge. Go left through the rock gap, climb into the previously scanned cave, and listen to the full echo for Echo Seeker.

Near the chapter’s end, the open area with geysers contains Marker 14 and Glyph 3. After passing the first geyser, turn right and cross the ice platforms toward the formation. Scan it with Pathfinder, then tune and collect the Glyph with the EM scanner.

Chapter 5: clear the outpost before creating Nemesis noise

Interior tablets and exterior scan points often sit on opposite sides of the same airlock. Finish the room before advancing the story interaction.
  1. Take the opening ladder down. Audiofile 2 is on the table in the kitchen/living area.
  2. Use the rear room on the same floor. Audiofile 3 rests on a box beyond the green-unlocked hatch.
  3. After repairing the rover and the exterior EM node, enter the small annex. Audiofile 4 is beside the monitors.
  4. Before jumping away from the annex, scan the ice formation outside for Marker 15. Approach its base and tune Glyph 4.

The nearby decoy anomaly creates the best paired cleanup. Activate it ten times for Distraction Master, and allow Nemesis to catch Ariane ten times for Killed by the Nemesis. Doing this here preserves the clean first encounter needed for Whisperstep.

Chapter 6: search every side room before using the commander code

At the unpowered base entrance, point Pathfinder at the lift by the generator to register Marker 16. Once inside the base, use this room order:

  1. Audiofile 5: in the barricaded corridor through the green hatch near the malfunctioning door; inspect the overturned shelving.
  2. Audiofile 6: after passing the half-open door and following the trail, check the kitchen/mess room on the left.
  3. Audiofile 7: leave that room, turn right toward the bathroom and dormitory, and inspect the cabinet inside the dorm.
  4. Audiofile 8: take the opposite corridor to the machinery room and inspect the rear table.
  5. Nice Try: at the commander’s door, enter an incorrect six-digit code three times in succession. Only then use 020845.
  6. Body 1 and Audiofile 9: fully inspect Marcus Macallan on the bed. The linked file is granted during that required examination.
  7. Audiofile 10: after the credentials open the red door and the escape ends in the greenhouse, check the small room on the left.
  8. Audiofile 11: leave that room and look left for the adjacent table before crossing the greenhouse door.
  9. Body 2: beyond the greenhouse, turn left at the corridor window and inspect Malcolm Spring.

Do not enter the correct commander code before Nice Try unlocks; the chapter can be replayed, but this is the only place that task occurs.

Chapter 7: scan the storm before using it as a hazard

After the first rope crossing, open Pathfinder and look upward at the equatorial storm for Marker 17. When the game first teaches shelter, move carefully along the left side of the storm area. Scan the ice formation between the rocks for Marker 18, then tune Glyph 5 at the same formation.

Before deliberately freezing, make sure Marker 18 and Glyph 5 have registered. Then allow the storm to kill Ariane three times for Absolute Zero. Later, during the cave encounter with Nemesis, scan the water-slide exit before taking it for Marker 19. After escaping and crossing the narrow ice bridge, move to the right-hand route, look back toward the ice formation for Marker 20, and collect Glyph 6 nearby.

Chapters 8-9: the bodies anchor both routes

Chapter 8. After descending the opening lift and putting Thomas’s helmet back on, Audiofile 12 is on the cabinet by the Archives door. Break the debris beyond the half-open right door and crawl through; Audiofile 13 is on a case immediately after Thomas stands. Pass the next half-open door, connect to oxygen, and check the side room for Audiofile 14.

Frank Leary is in the adjacent open area. Fully inspect Body 3 to receive Audiofile 15 and the credentials required by the story. Descend the stairs; Audiofile 16 is on the table beside the med-bay door. After the medical scan and the exterior transition, stop at the stairs before descending and scan the distant ice wall for Marker 21.

Chapter 9. At the opening, look up and right with Pathfinder to scan the equatorial storm again as Marker 22. When Ariane reaches Frank’s room, Audiofile 17 is on the table behind his body. Outside, climb over the right-hand container toward the next stairs; before going down, scan the wrecked lift below for Marker 23. Farther into the crater, Ariane enters a small dark annex. Body 4, Domenica Cano, is directly inside.

Chapter 10 holds the last nine collectible actions

When Pathfinder registers an ice formation, approach it and change tools: the Glyph core appears only after an EM frequency match.
  1. Marker 24, Breach: after following the echo across the narrow natural bridge, climb the facing ledges and winch upward. Scan the point near the crystal ahead.
  2. Marker 25 and Glyph 7: activate the overhead anomaly, swing across, squeeze through the rock, and descend. Scan the formation below, then tune its core.
  3. Body 5 and Audiofile 18: during the long rappel into the shaft, stop at the early ledge marked by yellow emergency lights. Swing to Phaedra Duan and inspect her fully. This should finish Crew Expendable and Bookworm if the earlier sets are intact.
  4. Marker 26, Styx River: at the bottom, pull down the barrier and crawl through. Scan the river immediately after emerging.
  5. Marker 27 and Glyph 8: descend the next ledge, take the lower right detour, and scan the last ice formation. Continue to its base and tune the final core. Webb and Expert Glaciologist should register here.

The chapter’s last route-specific task is Orpheus. Complete the late river slide without dying. Follow the open blue water line rather than reacting at the last moment to each rock. If a collision is unavoidable, reload the last checkpoint before the death completes and retry the slide.

Chapter Select cleanup: replay the chapter, not the whole story

Chapter 11 has no collectibles. Finishing it unlocks the Chapters option in the main menu. Use the count table above to target cleanup, with one warning: the game does not expose an individual checklist for the 27 Secondary Markers. If Webb is missing, work from your external notes; scanning random white points across every chapter is slower than replaying the first chapter with an uncertain number.

  • If Bookworm is missing, recheck the side rooms in Chapters 5, 6, and 8 plus the shaft body in Chapter 10.
  • If Crew Expendable is missing, fully re-examine each body. Finding the room without completing the interaction is not enough.
  • If Expert Glaciologist is missing, remember that a Pathfinder scan records the formation but does not collect the Glyph; switch to the EM scanner and take the core.
  • If Webb is missing, prioritize clustered scans: 3-6 and 8-11 in Chapter 3, 12-13 in Chapter 4, and the four late Styx markers.
  • Finish cumulative tasks such as Call of the Void, Cliffhanger, and Distraction Master in a chapter with an immediate checkpoint instead of restarting the campaign.

Evidence, current scope, and official images

The official Aphelion Steam record supplied the 30-achievement ledger, AppID 1966410, DON’T NOD credits, April 28, 2026 release date, and three untouched 1920×1080 JPGs used on this page. The official game page confirms how Pathfinder, the EM scanner, traversal, and stealth divide the player tasks. The 58-item order and Chapter Select behavior were cross-checked across independent readable collection and trophy references. Neoseeker’s supplied collection pages remained behind security verification in both direct and reader captures, so they did not support any location or count here.
