inKONBINI Achievement Route: Plan All 38 Across Two Runs

Yojoki Masters capsule machine outside the inKONBINI store

The current Steam list for inKONBINI: One Store. Many Stories contains 38 achievements. A clean 100% route needs at least two saves because Naomi’s local and western outcomes exclude each other, and Satoshi’s full-order result conflicts with the reduced-order result. The efficient plan is one thorough “do everything” week and one lighter branch-cleanup week.

Current-client check: this route was audited on July 19, 2026. The latest captured PC update is v1.0.209 from July 7. It changed a hidden sixth-shift Mystery Man dialogue, fixed a rare duplicate Golden Assam capsule, and followed v1.0.208’s addition of Reset Shift. Achievement recipes written during the April 30 launch week can therefore be directionally useful without being exact for every current trigger.

The capsule machine is one of several systems that remembers actions across shifts; a single-night cleanup cannot repair every missed week-long condition.

Use two saves, not one overloaded checklist

Decision line Run A Run B
Naomi’s food on Shift 3 Give a supported local dish for There’s No Place Like Home Give Italy’s Finest Pasta for Journey to the West
Satoshi’s Shift 5 list Supply every required and optional line for Satoshi Incorporated and Perfect Order Supply only the mandatory portion for The Boy Who Delivered
Chief and Mimi Keep the Chief/Hina/luck threads active Use the quieter week to protect every Mimi prompt for The More, the Meowier

The first two rows are the hard split. The Mimi route is placed on Run B to reduce Run A’s conversation load, not because the official description declares it mutually exclusive. If Run A misses any cumulative task, add it to Run B rather than restarting immediately.

Six achievements follow story completion and need no special branch: Welcome to the Store, Mystery and Friendship, Making Them Great, Night of Trials, A Night to Remember, and Ichi-go Ichi-e. Their role in the audit is diagnostic: if one is absent, the corresponding shift did not close normally.

Run A is the full-store week

This is the demanding save. Read every note, repair every askew object, place every order line, complete every Takahashi box, wear the cap after finding it, call the mystery number each night, and keep Satoshi’s capsule conversations alive. The calendar below assigns the one-night checks before customer traffic makes them awkward.

Shift Protect before advancing Expected one-night results
1 Inspect the Mount Fuji picture repeatedly; take Hina’s ring from the low checkout sink; dial 444-112; read Charlie’s note Fuji Lover, Lost Ring
2 Turn over the desk postcard and call 335-111; give the Mystery Man the fish Konbini Bento; sell him both specials Who is Matsuda?, setup for Convenience Reverie, Too Good to Pass Up
3 Sell Naomi at least six items; show manga before local food; recover the keyring and cap; place every current delivery order Sales Extraordinaire; setup for Sparked a Flame and There’s No Place Like Home
4 Place Autumn No. 5 marketing before admitting Naomi; wait under the leak; kick or knock the failed refrigerator; hang Satoshi’s poster on the main customer route The Art of Selling, Patience of a Koi, Hardcore Maintenance
5 Rotate Poppu Sukoppu Sept. ’93; call Hina about writing; fill Satoshi’s entire list; let all customers pass his poster Sherlock, Power of Love, Perfect Order, Marketing Genius
6 Read Takahashi’s letter; finish every customer conversation; use the locker’s lucky capsule chance before reading the central notepad The delayed branch and cumulative achievements resolve here

Convenience Reverie is seeded on the second shift by the Mystery Man’s premium fish meal and resolves in his last-night scene. Sparked a Flame depends on showing Naomi a manga before the food that establishes her direction. These are delayed outcomes: the lack of an immediate popup is not proof that the earlier action failed.

Run B changes two choices and protects one conversation chain

Keep the second save deliberately small:

  1. On Shift 1, satisfy Chief’s cat-food clues with Cat Food Special with Chicken.
  2. On Shift 3, give Naomi Italy’s Finest Pasta rather than a local dish. This sets Journey to the West.
  3. For Chief, keep discussing Mimi whenever the subject appears. On Shift 3, remind him about a treat, warn him that milk is unsuitable for cats, and help him select a normal small cat-food can. Revisit Mimi after later checkouts and during the final truck conversation. This protects The More, the Meowier.
  4. Continue helping Satoshi throughout the week, but on Shift 5 hand over only the items the active request treats as mandatory. Do not complete every optional line. The final Satoshi scene should then award The Boy Who Delivered instead of Satoshi Incorporated.

Do not combine this cleanup with uncertain experiments. If the branch popup is wrong, v1.0.208’s Reset Shift can replay the current night only when that shift began after the update. It cannot reconstruct a choice made several nights earlier.

The cumulative ledger starts before the achievement appears

Phone, paper, cap, and store-state tracks

  • Whispers After Midnight: call 444-112 once on every shift. Make it the first phone action after reading the board.
  • Avid Reader: inspect each Iwata Shimbun issue and every day-shift employee notepad. Do not assume opening the overlay for a split second records the read; let the interaction complete before closing it.
  • Cap Lover: use Wednesday’s keyring on the bottom filing-cabinet drawer, put on the branded cap, then retrieve and wear it on later shifts. Interact with it again on the final night.
  • A Little to the Left: run a physical sweep before opening and after each seated customer. The repeated targets are the cleaning-locker door, seating chair, restroom schedule, kokeshi shelf, fire extinguisher, movable stool, blinds, fryer, doormat, desk trash can, and final-night microwave. Treat the visible interaction prompt as the authority; published checklists disagree on whether a few cleanup props count.

Orders and outgoing boxes are different ledgers

Delivery Girl concerns the goods selected during calls to Kiyoshi’s. Choose every orderable item exposed by the current notes and customer requests. The high-risk entries are milk, rice, and Gonseung Coffee Black on Shift 3; Kinbo Puff Insecticide, Kurea Biscuit Sand, and seasonal stock on Shift 4; then Lunarient Face Cream plus all available autumn lines on Shift 5. Patch 1.0.207 corrected a coffee quantity in the third-shift text, so match the live menu rather than an old two-box instruction.

Preparing Something Special uses the separate box by the delivery door:

  • Shift 2: 12 Kikko-Nyan Garlic Soy Sauces.
  • Shift 3: six Uruchimai Rice packs, including delivered stock.
  • Shift 5: five Daico cups, ten Daico plates, and 15 Daico napkins.

Find the cups along the highest row inside the soft-drink refrigerator. A blue container beside the freezer holds seven plates; household goods supplies two more, and the last one rests above the freezer/display. The napkins sit along the bottom of canned goods. The achievement resolves only after reading Mr. Takahashi’s letter on Shift 6.

Reading and inspection achievements depend on individual props, not on a generic “explored the store” percentage.

Satoshi and the capsule machine share a schedule

  • It’s the Journey, Not the Prize: give Satoshi useful 25-yen change, follow him outside, and let the capsule conversation finish on Shifts 2 through 5 whenever it is offered. The result resolves during his final-night checkout.
  • Gachapon Head: play the machine on every shift when it is available. Retrieve coins from Makoto’s jacket before closing a night.
  • Gotta Catch ’Em All: keep spending the available coins and check the collection display rather than guessing from duplicates. On Shift 6, call Aunt Hina, open the directed locker, stop before the final note, and use the extra lucky attempt outside. v1.0.209 fixed a rare double-Golden-Assam state, but the pulls remain random.
  • Satoshi Incorporated: on Run A, help with every request throughout the week and complete the full Friday list. Ask Satoshi about the illegible line and call Hina about the canned “dak-kkochi” instead of substituting a similar product.

Chief’s week-long results need repeated dialogue

Shipper’s Delight starts with the unsent postcard above the desk. Turn it over, bring up Hina in conversations with Chief, identify the number through the phone thread, and support the two of them during the last truck conversation. Self-Made Luck similarly depends on carrying Chief’s luck discussion through the week and hearing how Makoto’s actions affected him. Exhaust the relevant Chief topics before advancing to Mimi or the end of a scene.

The More, the Meowier is safer on Run B because its prompts are easy to bury under the Hina and luck conversations. The official description requires asking about Mimi’s well-being and inspiring Chief to expand his animal family; the route above preserves each known Mimi opening without claiming a hidden numerical counter.

Single-shift cleanups are cheap when done on the right night

Achievement Safe trigger window
Fuji Lover Interact repeatedly with the Mount Fuji picture in the back room; Shift 1 is the easiest reminder point
Lost Ring Inspect the left side of the low sink by checkout on Shift 1
Who is Matsuda? Turn over the desk postcard and call 335-111 after meeting Chief
Too Good to Pass Up On Shift 2, stock the specials with Harajuku Soda and Zen Leaf Matcha, then persuade the Mystery Man to take both
Sales Extraordinaire On Shift 3, combine stocked goods, a drink substitute, manga, and food so Naomi buys at least six items
The Art of Selling On Shift 4, place both marketing props and Autumn No. 5 before Naomi enters; observe Naomi, Mystery Man, and Satoshi
Patience of a Koi Stand under the Shift 4 leak until the interaction resolves, then mop
Hardcore Maintenance After the beverage refrigerator fails, use Chief’s kick advice or Satoshi’s knock suggestion
Sherlock Inspect and rotate Poppu Sukoppu (Sept. 1993) on Shift 5
Marketing Genius Hang Satoshi’s poster on Shift 4 and let the key Shift 5 customers react
Perfect Order Complete every line on Satoshi’s Shift 5 list; decode both unclear entries through dialogue and phone
Power of Love Call Hina about writing on Shift 5 and choose “You can count on me”

Unexpected Goods is the exception to a timeless one-shift recipe. Its official description says to bring an unusual product to the mysterious customer, while v1.0.209 says a hidden sixth-shift dialogue now appears only if Makoto brought him ice cream earlier. That makes pre-1.0.209 “order one new ale or ice cream on Friday” instructions insufficient as a guarantee. On the current build, establish the earlier ice-cream interaction, follow the sixth-shift request as displayed, and verify the popup before ending. If it fails, Reset Shift is safer than inventing a different product combination.

When two foods look similar, use the inspection label and the customer’s live clues; product families are not interchangeable achievement flags.

Audit all 38 before chasing the platinum-style unlock

The list is easiest to reconcile in four groups:

  • Story: Welcome to the Store; Mystery and Friendship; Making Them Great; Night of Trials; A Night to Remember; Ichi-go Ichi-e.
  • One-shift or short setup: Lost Ring; Fuji Lover; Who is Matsuda?; Too Good to Pass Up; Sales Extraordinaire; The Art of Selling; Patience of a Koi; Hardcore Maintenance; Sherlock; Marketing Genius; Perfect Order; Power of Love; Unexpected Goods.
  • Week-long or delayed: Convenience Reverie; Self-Made Luck; Shipper’s Delight; Satoshi Incorporated; There’s No Place Like Home; Preparing Something Special; Cap Lover; It’s the Journey, Not the Prize; Delivery Girl; Whispers After Midnight; Gachapon Head; Avid Reader; Gotta Catch ’Em All; Sparked a Flame; A Little to the Left.
  • Second-run and completion: Journey to the West; The Boy Who Delivered; The More, the Meowier; One Store. Many Stories.

That accounting totals 38. One Store. Many Stories unlocks only after the other 37, so a missing completion popup is a list-audit problem, not a separate store task.

What is official, current, and still cautious

Steam’s official product page supplies AppID 2723430, the April 30, 2026 release date, Nagai Industries as developer, and achievement support. Steam’s global-stat surface supplied the current 38 names and public descriptions; the developer news feed supplied the v1.0.207 through v1.0.209 changes. The official site corroborates the game’s customer-choice and store-routine structure.

The task conditions were cross-checked against readable shift walkthroughs and two detailed community achievement references. Both Steam guide URLs returned HTTP 429 directly, and their reader-fallback pages carried removed/incompatible warnings, so they were used only as limited cross-checks. Conditions that remained patch-sensitive or disputed were written as detectors and reset points instead of fixed guarantees. All three article images are unchanged 1920-by-1080 official Steam JPEGs; no competitor media or unverified video is embedded.
