VA-11 Hall-A has six ending achievements, but six story clears are unnecessary. Protect the four character epilogues and pay every bill on one main file, make a manual save in Jill’s apartment before spending on Day 17, then reload that save after the credits and lower the balance below the $10,000 rent line for Cozy hell.
This is an endings route, not a drink-by-drink Employee of the month walkthrough. Serve routine orders accurately, keep a rotating save before every named shift below, and treat the character conversations as state checks. The one ending-critical shop item is Mulan Tea; the daily furniture wishes, PC-9X, Nanocamo, songs, and minigame belong to separate achievement cleanup.
Day 17 separates the money outcomes
The good and bad endings read the same late-game account from opposite sides. On the route you intend to keep, allow the $800 subscription on Day 4, the $8,000 electricity bill on Day 12, and the $10,000 rent on Day 18 to be paid. Avoid optional apartment purchases until rent is safe. Correct service helps because flawless shifts pay a bonus, but buying every item Jill wants is a Focus! requirement, not a condition for the six endings.
Buy Mulan Tea before Kira Miki’s first shift on Day 2 and keep it available for Day 17. The Kira Miki Poster offered on Day 17 is part of the no-distraction shopping track; it is not the character-ending trigger. If you also want Focus!, buy the poster only after making the branch save and only on the rent-safe copy.
Finish the paid route first. Its credits tell you whether the four relationship states survived, while your earlier rotating saves can still repair a missed drink. Only after those epilogues are confirmed should you reload Day 17 and spend below $10,000. The first two bills can remain paid on both copies; the controlled failure is the final rent.
Kira and Virgilio share Stella and Sei
Kira Miki’s and Virgilio’s epilogues are not isolated customer errands. Both depend on an earlier Stella-and-Sei state, so a mistake on Day 1, 3, 7, or 8 can remove both outcomes even if every later Kira or Virgilio order is correct.
Build the shared state
- Day 1, Sei: serve a regular Moonblast, then a regular Cobalt Velvet. Together they stay below the early alcohol threshold; do not make them big or add optional Karmotrine.
- Day 3, Stella: choose Piano Woman for the recipe whose name changed, then Piano Man for the order named in a friend’s honor. Complete the rest of her shift correctly. Receiving Rum on the next day is the useful confirmation.
- Day 7, Stella: serve a Big Beer, then Piano Woman for the sweet request. These are relationship inputs, not merely high-value substitutions.
- Day 8, Sei: serve two regular Blue Fairies with no optional Karmotrine. The second replaces the Bleeding Jane she requests. If Sei remains for the break and Deep breaths unlocks, this repair point is safe.
If Sei leaves instead of staying for the break, reload Day 8 immediately. If Stella never gives Jill the Rum, return to Day 3 before investing more time in either shared ending. These checks are earlier and more useful than waiting for the credits.
Finish Kira Miki’s thread
On Day 2, give Kira Miki the purchased Mulan Tea for the tea-like request, followed by Blue Fairy and Sunshine Cloud for her remaining descriptors. On Day 17, serve Piano Woman for sweet, Mulan Tea for tea-like, and Sparkle Star last. The concert ticket is the confirmation that her personal thread registered. If the ticket never appears, repair Kira’s Day 2 or Day 17 orders; replaying the rent decision will not help.
Finish Virgilio’s thread
Virgilio’s riddles need exact answers. On Day 5, make a Big Fluffy Dream with exactly 5 Karmotrine for “17,” giving the drink 17 ingredients in total, then use the bottled Fedora for his plum-and-perfume request. On Day 7, “something fake” is Frothy Water and “purity” is Zen Star. On Day 14, serve Bleeding Jane, Bloom Light, and Grizzly Temple in order; the final bitter request is part of the clean route, not an invitation to stop after the spicy drinks.
If both Kira and Virgilio are absent from the paid-route credits, suspect Stella or Sei first. If only one is absent, the failure is more likely inside that customer’s unique days.
Alma and Dorothy keep their own state
Alma and Dorothy do not use the shared Stella-and-Sei condition, so protect them with separate rotating saves instead of treating every missing epilogue as one broken route.
Alma
On Day 5, complete Alma’s orders without adding optional alcohol. A route-safe sequence uses Fringe Weaver for her first personal request and Flaming Moai for the classy request. Build Flaming Moai with 1 part each of Adelhyde and Bronson Extract, 2 parts Powdered Delta, 3 parts Flanergide, and 5 Karmotrine, then mix it without ice or aging. On Day 11, serve Brandtini when Jill tries to cheer Alma up. Her reply about Jill remembering what she likes is the check; if it is missing, reload that shift before the final chapter.
Dorothy
On Day 2, open Dorothy’s visit with Piano Woman, then serve Moonblast and finish the combo order with a normal Gut Punch alongside a Big Sunshine Cloud. On Day 12, replace the requested Sugar Rush with Piano Woman when Dorothy is down, then use Piano Woman again when Jill has to guess what Dorothy would order. The cigarette-break conversation and Don’t call me Becky! confirm the route before the credits.
Missing only Alma points to Day 5 or 11. Missing only Dorothy points to Day 2 or 12. This separation is why the Day 17 branch should be reserved for money: it is too late to repair either relationship state there.
Read the credits before touching the eviction branch
On the main file, keep at least $10,000 through Day 17 and let the rent payment complete on Day 18. Continue serving accurately. For Gaby’s Day 19 toast, Piano Woman safely satisfies both sweet and alcoholic. Finish the story and retain the HEART data created afterward.
A successful paid route can show five epilogues and their achievements:
- Virgilio’s curry scene — Tim’s Curry.
- Kira Miki’s concert — Listen to my song!.
- Alma and Gaby’s scene — Sisterly bonding.
- Dorothy’s scene — Dorothinquisition!.
- The paid-rent scene with Dana, Gillian, and Jill — And now, for something completely different….
When one character scene is missing while the good ending appears, leave the Day 17 money split alone and repair that character’s earlier state. If all four character scenes appear but the final good-ending scene does not, recheck the three bills rather than the drinks.
After the five paid-route results are secure, reload the apartment save from before Day 17 spending. Use shop items or Nanocamo to leave less than the Day 18 rent amount, then finish Days 17–19 normally. Do not deliberately fail drinks: the intended change is rent alone. Eviction awards Cozy hell and suppresses the five paid-route epilogues on that copy.
Once the main file has the four character achievements plus the good ending, and the Day 17 copy has Cozy hell, the six-ending task is finished. Use HEART or New Game+ only for non-ending purchases, songs, flawless-service work, and the minigame; none of that cleanup needs another ending route.
