Spoiler warning: The Lab – Escape Room mixes two kinds of locks. Some accept a stable code or sequence; others must be rebuilt from the objects, colors, equations, or camera angle in the current room. This walkthrough marks that difference so a correct fixed answer is not forced into a visual puzzle that has to be read in place.
The route below covers the released Windows game on Steam App ID 1960930. The official update record through November 10, 2025 describes performance, stability, lighting, and visual work rather than a replacement puzzle route. The run is complete when the final platform opens the escape and Final Flight unlocks. Reader is a separate check for opening every email.
Carry these clues beyond the station where you find them
Four handoffs cause most apparently correct answers to fail. Keep them active while moving through the room instead of treating each device as an isolated lock.
- Clinical room: the powered monitor maps a shape to a subject, and the dossier maps that subject to a weight. The translucent red sheet from the weight station then belongs over the red stain for the later keypad.
- Teleporting room: the sequences station supplies beta. The bathroom plunger exposes delta by clearing the sawdust at the bottom of the mouse cage.
- Break Room to Director’s Office: the snack refill box identifies the director’s favorite snack. The Old Lab email combines that name with 143.
- Reader achievement: open mail on every terminal when it becomes available. A room-clear achievement or Final Flight does not prove that the email requirement is complete.
The official guide calls the second section Infirmary Room, while Steam calls its clear achievement Operations Room. Those labels describe the same early clinical section; the naming difference is not a route error.
The escape sequence, from Pods to Final Flight
Pods Room: LOSI, mirrored molecules, and 9547
- Collect the visible letters from the capsules and enter
LOSIin the letters box. If it stays locked, use the capsule letters rather than a word from a nearby screen. - Find the box marked
254. Match the mirrored number clues on the molecule pictures and select the corresponding molecules in 2-5-4 order. A rejection means at least one mirrored label came from the wrong picture; this is a visual match, not a chemistry question. - Turn off the alarm. Read the position numbers on the back pages of the subject dossiers and enter
9547at the exit keypad. The door opening is the success signal; if it does not move, check the page order before retyping.

Infirmary or Operations Room: power first, then six stations
Restore power before trying to finish the associations. The right-side notes contribute 265 and 196, while the left note removes 50, so set the total to 411. A dark computer means the sign or arithmetic is still wrong. The paper beside that computer identifies Subject O’s birth year; enter 2018.
For the symbol locker, place the perforated sheet over the marked paper and align the red reference marks. Read the exposed symbols top, left, right, bottom. Rotating or offsetting the overlay changes every exposed symbol, so realign the marks if the locker refuses the result.
At the weight station, use the powered monitor to map each geometric shape to a subject, then the dossier to map the subject to a weight. Place the physical weights in the machine’s displayed shape order. There is no safe universal number string because this station is a three-way visual association.
Take the translucent red sheet from that station and place it over the red stain. Combine the revealed digits with the nightstand clue and enter 2541. Finish by copying the board-tack colors into the matching positions of the 3-by-3 panel. Compare positions, not color totals, if it does not register. Leaving after all six stations is the point associated with Operations Room.

Corridor: five fuse presses and one complete fingerprint
Take the useful item from the cart before touching the fuse panel. Press top-left, bottom-left, bottom-right, top-right, center. Each press flips adjacent cells, so one extra input invalidates the state. Reset and replay the five presses once if the panel remains mixed.
At the fingerprint reader, choose the only complete print. Partial impressions are decoys. Acceptance by the reader, not visual similarity alone, proves that this gate is finished.
Gravity Room: replay the full light pattern each round
Number the five light buttons consistently. Each round contains the earlier inputs plus two more, so enter the complete row shown here rather than only the new pair:
2-52-5-1-32-5-1-3-4-12-5-1-3-4-1-5-42-5-1-3-4-1-5-4-2-3
Restart a failed round from its first number. For the planet panel, arrange the bodies from the smallest displayed force to the largest; a memorized astronomy order does not replace the values shown in the room. At the shape panel, submit 1 circle, 7 squares, and 12 triangles, including the visible faces contributed by the combined morphing solids. Type NEWTON at the letter keyboard after using the portrait as the identity clue.
Janitor Room: preserve the dial directions
Match the names on the two shift boards to the employee ID sheet. Starting from the lock’s initial position, move 5 left, 27 right, 11 left, 32 right. Return to the start and repeat all four movements if it does not open; an overshoot cannot be repaired by entering only the last number again.
Electricity Room: calculate the dials, then play eight notes
Read the current x and y values in the room and apply them to the equations in the email. Put wavelength on the left dial and amplitude on the right dial. Correct results in the wrong dials still fail to transfer power.
Turn on the Tesla music console and collect all three music boxes. Map their note heights to the console positions, then press bottom-right → top-right → top-left → bottom-left → top-left → bottom-right → top-right → top-left. A wrong tone or reset means a box is missing or two heights were mapped to the same button. The Electricity Room checkpoint completes only after both stations register.
Teleporting Room: combine four independent clues
- Continue the rule shown in each row of the sequences panel. The cells are visual; solve each row from its own progression. Preserve the result because it supplies beta at the gas station.
- Watch the mouse’s teleport path and enter
top-left → center → bottom-left → middle-right → middle-left. The center is the middle cell of the 3-by-3 grid; restart at top-left after a reset. - Set alpha to
2, beta to4, gamma to3, and delta to1. Slow the falling can to read alpha, use the sequences result for beta, read gamma on the table, and use the plunger on the mouse-cage sawdust to expose delta. - Look through the trapdoor glass and move the camera until its marks overlap the circles on the wall behind it. Enter the aligned composite. If the trapdoor remains shut, adjust viewpoint instead of rotating the circles at random.
The open exit and Teleport Room achievement confirm that all four inputs registered.
Nuclear Room: copy the mirror, then solve four visible systems
- Cycle each bathroom faucet between cold and hot until the temperature effect exposes the keypad code in the mirror. Copy the digits revealed in the current room; do not substitute a number from another screenshot.
- Inspect the backs of both halves of Orion’s picture and enter
down → right → left → up → left → up. - Assemble the lung pieces into a coherent X-ray. Continuous anatomy and aligned edges are the detector; a rectangular arrangement alone is not enough.
- For each radiation symbol, multiply the number on the board by the count of matching barrels. Sort the products from highest to lowest. Recompute the products before reversing the list if the panel refuses the order.
- Identify 92, 94, and 96 as uranium, plutonium, and curium. Submit
94-92-96with concentrations30%-10%-60%. This places uranium at 10%, plutonium before curium, and curium at twice the plutonium concentration.
Nuclear Room is the clean checkpoint. If it has not unlocked, revisit the most recent panel and confirm that its solved state was submitted rather than merely displayed.
Break Room: make 89 and 144, then inspect the snack box
The table-tennis numbers follow a Fibonacci pattern: each entry is the sum of the previous two. Continue 34 and 55 to 89 and 144, then enter 89144 on the lunch box. Before leaving, identify the snack in the refill box near the machines; that name is needed in the Director’s Office.
Old Lab: campfire colors, 3810, and total flow 43
- Translate the flask colors into wood, fire, air, and water, then use
brown → orange → white → blue. - Enter the resulting locker code
3810. - Configure the gas branches for a total output of 43. One supported distribution is
top 0,middle 23,bottom 20. Trace the flow from its source through every two-way or three-way split and account for the upside-down lever. If the total is close but wrong, the error may be upstream of the final branch.
Director’s Office: keep the four locks separate

- Door keypad: the Old Lab email combines the director’s favorite snack with 143. The Break Room refill box identifies Pits, so enter
PITS143. - Poker trophy: the desk card identifies clubs. Press the 5, 8, and 10 of clubs.
- Drawers: match the numbered wall marks to the book counts on the four shelves and set
4-6-2-5. - Safe locker: complete the missing entries in the Pascal-style number triangle and enter
3620.
Do not concatenate these answers. The office is complete only when each container shows its own opening animation or item.
Fire Room: reset the arm before replaying the route
- Facing the glass, use the robot-arm route
B-C-B-C-E-E-C-D. If the claw closes on empty space, reset it before replaying; continuing from a displaced position changes what the inputs do. - Rotate the lava network until flow is visibly continuous from source to destination. More than one arrangement works. A dead end means the last turn broke continuity somewhere upstream.
- At the four fire pipes, raise pipe 4, pipe 3, pipe 1, then pipe 2 from left to right. Stop when all four align because another press can undo the state.
Fire Room unlocks when all three mechanisms register and the final section opens.
Final Room: LOSI, five powers, and illumination timing
Enter LOSI as the computer password; the letters come from Living Organisms Superpowers Initiative. Follow the computer’s order and press each wall control only while its symbol is lit: Electricity → Nuclear → Gravity → Fire → Teleportation.
If the platform resets, keep the order and change the timing. Wait for the required symbol to illuminate before every press. The escape opens after all five powers register, and Final Flight confirms the completed route.
Confirm the run before stepping out
Final Flight is the route check, but it is not the email check. Before leaving, verify whether Reader has appeared. If it has not, the missing condition is an unopened terminal email, not another power-room code. If a named room achievement is missing instead, return to that room’s last active device and look for its completion feedback; several panels can display a plausible answer without submitting it.
The shortest recovery is therefore specific: replay only the last mechanism that lacks a clear result, preserve every earlier fixed input, and do not replace a room-read visual clue with a borrowed screenshot value. Once Final Flight and the achievements you intended to collect are present, the lab run is closed.
