Japan Stigmatized Property 3 Achievement Roadmap: A Dependency-First Route

Graveyard surveillance feed in Japan Stigmatized Property 3

Japan Stigmatized Property 3 does not have 32 unrelated achievements. Its Steam list is a six-track matrix across four properties, followed by two account-wide finishers. Once you see that structure, cleanup becomes a routing problem: open the fourth property, finish a mode across all sites, then push that same knowledge into its report-all track.

This roadmap uses the public Steam achievement list and the current community completion route through official Ver. 1.0.7, released August 10, 2026. Six Y Residence descriptions are hidden on Steam. Their visible names fit the public matrix, but the inferred conditions below remain working checklist entries until the current client or achievement popup confirms them.

Read the 32 achievements as six rows and two finishers

Each main row contains one achievement for Sugiya Ryokan, Blue House, Kannonzaki Park, and Y Residence, plus an all-properties rank. The three activity types are regular shifts, special allowance shifts (the official English store calls the difficulty Hazard Pay), and co-op shifts. Each activity type has a survival row and a report-all row.

Track Four property achievements All-properties achievement
Regular clear Ryokan Inspector; Private House Inspector; Park Inspector; Y Residence Inspector* JSP Chief Inspector
Hazard Pay clear Ryokan Assistant Manager; Private House Assistant Manager; Park Assistant Manager; Y Residence Assistant Manager* JSP Manager
Co-op clear Ryokan Senior Executive Director; Private House Senior Executive Director; Park Senior Executive Director; Y Residence Senior Executive Director* JSP Vice President
Regular report-all Ryokan General Manager; Private House General Manager; Park General Manager; Y Residence General Manager* JSP Secretary General
Hazard Pay report-all Ryokan Director; Private House Director; Park Director; Y Residence Director* JSP Executive Director
Co-op report-all Ryokan President; Private House President; Park President; Y Residence President* JSP Vice Chairman

*Steam exposes the Y Residence achievement names but hides their descriptions. The track mapping follows the otherwise exact six-row pattern and the supplied current completion reference; verify the unlock in the installed build.

Those six rows account for 30 achievements. JSP Deputy Manager is the public finisher for completing regular and special allowance shifts across all properties. JSP Chairman is the public grand finisher for reporting all anomalies across regular, special allowance, and co-op shifts on every property.

Update before you start a report-all grind

Do not use achievement cleanup to test an old executable. Official Ver. 1.0.6 fixed a co-op anomaly that required simultaneous reporting. Ver. 1.0.7 fixed some anomalies not occurring, some anomalies not accepting reports, and a co-op report-gauge display issue. All three failures can make a collection run look incomplete even when the route is correct.

Before a long session:

  • Confirm every participant is on Ver. 1.0.7 or newer.
  • Open Steam’s achievement page and record the names that are still locked.
  • Separate clear achievements from report-all achievements; they are not interchangeable.
  • Choose one property and one mode for the session.
  • If a report gauge or anomaly behaves like a fixed bug, capture the property, camera, vision mode, and co-op state instead of grinding blindly.

Steam’s public percentages change constantly and do not define prerequisites. Use locked names and in-game progress, not rarity, to choose the next task.

Open Y Residence before building the full matrix

The supplied current-build unlock guide reports that Y Residence appears after a successful regular shift at each of the three starting properties: Sugiya Ryokan, Blue House, and Kannonzaki Park. This condition is not spelled out on the official store page, so treat property select as the checkpoint.

Use the opening route this way:

  1. Clear one regular shift at Sugiya Ryokan and confirm Ryokan Inspector.
  2. Clear one regular shift at Blue House and confirm Private House Inspector.
  3. Clear one regular shift at Kannonzaki Park and confirm Park Inspector.
  4. Return to property select. If Y Residence is still unavailable, recheck which of those three achievements did not unlock; visiting or abandoning a property is not the same as completing its 00:00–05:00 shift.
  5. Clear Y Residence on regular difficulty and check for the hidden Y Residence Inspector entry plus JSP Chief Inspector.

Do not start Hazard Pay or schedule co-op report-all nights while the fourth column is still locked. Any all-properties track will remain incomplete, and switching modes early divides your baseline memory across too many versions of the same room.

Finish regular clears, then make regular report-all your training block

A clear asks you to survive until 05:00. A report-all achievement asks for a broader collection of anomaly reports at that property and mode. The supplied completion route treats report-all as a repeated ledger task because anomalies are randomized; do not assume one flawless shift necessarily exposes the whole set.

After the four regular clear badges and JSP Chief Inspector are secured, stay in regular mode. Choose one property and repeat it until the corresponding General Manager achievement unlocks. Use the same camera order and baseline anchors across attempts so recognition improves rather than resets.

For each property, maintain three states outside the game:

  • Clear secured: the Inspector achievement is unlocked.
  • Collection active: regular shifts are being repeated for missing anomaly reports.
  • Report-all secured: the property General Manager achievement is unlocked.

Do not submit false reports to force unseen entries. The official design uses randomized anomalies, so a missing event is a reason to repeat a controlled shift, not to click a clean camera. Always compare both standard and night vision because the official store confirms that some events are equipment-specific.

When all four property General Manager badges are present, Steam should award JSP Secretary General. If it does not, inspect the four property entries individually. An all-properties achievement is a validator, not a substitute for a missing property unlock.

Use Hazard Pay as a second pass over known properties

Hazard Pay should reuse knowledge rather than introduce a new map. Enter it after a property’s regular clear is stable and its baseline is familiar. The current supplied rules record a smaller false-report allowance than Normal, while the official store confirms it as the hard difficulty. Read the live counter in your installed build before starting a long collection run.

For each property, secure the survival achievement first:

  • Sugiya Ryokan: Ryokan Assistant Manager
  • Blue House: Private House Assistant Manager
  • Kannonzaki Park: Park Assistant Manager
  • Y Residence: hidden-description Y Residence Assistant Manager

After all four, check JSP Manager. At that point the public requirement for JSP Deputy Manager should also be satisfied because both the regular and special allowance clear sets are complete. If one aggregate badge remains locked, compare the two four-property rows instead of replaying a random favorite.

Then work the Director row, again one property at a time. Regular report-all experience should reduce false guesses, but do not assume the anomaly collection is shared across difficulties. Steam gives separate regular and special allowance descriptions, so treat them as separate ledgers until each Director achievement confirms completion.

Schedule co-op as its own campaign

Steam has four property-specific co-op clear achievements, an all-properties co-op clear, four co-op report-all achievements, and an all-properties co-op report-all. That is eleven achievements tied directly to partner play. Co-op is therefore not a small cleanup step that can be improvised after the solo route.

Before the first co-op shift, agree on:

  • Who hosts and which build number both players show.
  • Which cameras each player owns.
  • Who submits an ordinary report after both players confirm it.
  • How simultaneous-report anomalies will be called and counted.
  • Which single property is the session target.

Secure the Senior Executive Director row before chasing the President row. A basic clear proves the connection, reporting flow, and camera split are stable. A report-all session is the wrong place to discover that both players cover the same quiet feeds or that one client has not received the latest co-op fixes.

When the four property co-op clears are present, confirm JSP Vice President. Then repeat properties for the President achievements and use JSP Vice Chairman as the all-properties validator. Keep the same partner where possible; shared vocabulary and stable camera ownership matter more than adding a new player for every property.

Report-all progress depends on recognizing randomized events without sacrificing the shift to speculative calls.

Use the rank name to diagnose any missing achievement

The titles encode the missing task. You do not need to replay every mode when one rank is absent.

  • Inspector: a regular property clear is missing.
  • Assistant Manager: a Hazard Pay property clear is missing.
  • Senior Executive Director: a co-op property clear is missing.
  • General Manager: a regular property report-all is missing.
  • Director: a Hazard Pay property report-all is missing.
  • President: a co-op property report-all is missing.
  • Chief Inspector, Manager, Vice President, Secretary General, Executive Director, or Vice Chairman: one of four properties is incomplete in that row.
  • Deputy Manager: compare the complete regular-clear row with the complete Hazard Pay-clear row.
  • Chairman: compare all three report-all rows, not only the survival rows.

This diagnosis prevents the most expensive cleanup mistake: replaying a mode that is already complete because an aggregate badge name sounds vague.

Keep hidden Y Residence entries cautious

The public Steam page reveals the six Y Residence names but not their descriptions. The pattern strongly suggests one Y entry in each of the six rows, and the supplied completion reference uses that mapping. It is still an inference, not an exposed official sentence.

When a Y Residence achievement unlocks, record which mode you played and whether you merely cleared or completed the property collection. If it fails to unlock where the matrix predicts, do not invent an extra requirement. First verify the build, the actual difficulty, co-op state, and whether the shift reached Mission Success. Then consult the current achievement popup or in-game tracker.

Finish with a 32/32 audit, not a feeling

Before declaring completion, count the matrix:

  1. Six rows times five achievements each: 30.
  2. JSP Deputy Manager: 1.
  3. JSP Chairman: 1.

If Steam shows 31/32, the rank-name diagnosis above should identify the missing row. If all visible conditions appear satisfied but the platform has not awarded the achievement, restart Steam after confirming the game saved, re-open the achievement page, and reproduce only the smallest missing task. Avoid replaying a full report-all campaign until current-build evidence points there.

The efficient route is dependency-first: regular clears open the board, regular collections teach the anomalies, Hazard Pay reuses those baselines under stricter pressure, and co-op becomes a planned eleven-achievement campaign. That order turns a frightening list into work you can verify after every property.
