SENARA: The Sacrament Walkthrough: Codes, Chapel Fragments, and Escape Route

Lifeboat suspended above the dark sea in SENARA The Sacrament

This walkthrough follows one verified full-release route: leave Storage, unlock Bosun access, recover the chapel fragments, enter the 4F VIP Hall, scuttle the ship, place the Golden Box in the 2F Lecture Hall, and escape with the PLB. It does not claim every ending. Save before the Grand Salon objectives and again before choosing what to do with the Golden Box.

The route was checked against the July 30, 2026 Windows release and a post-launch playthrough uploaded July 31. The developer warned that the discontinued Demo no longer represented the finished game, so no Demo route was used. If a later patch changes a code or objective label, follow the document and Security Card in your installed build.

Leave Storage with the crank objective intact

After the opening sequence, your first useful order is Exit Storage → find a way outside → find the Crank Handle in the 3F Store. Do not roam every passenger floor yet. The ship opens through keys and permission upgrades, and an early locked door usually means you are carrying the wrong access layer rather than missing a combat encounter.

  1. Search the accessible service area until you pick up the 3F Store Lock Key.
  2. Use it at the 3F Store and take the Crank Handle.
  3. Use the crank at the mechanism tied to the outside route.
  4. Continue upward when the objective changes to Talk to the Captain in the 5F Captain’s Room.

Use the full-screen Map and Journal whenever the route folds back through a floor you have already visited. There is no permanent on-screen mini-map, but explored rooms and the active objective make the larger map far more reliable than memorizing corridor turns. Save-anytime support is listed for the release build, so make a manual save when a new floor or named room becomes available.

The failure signal here is reaching 5F with the original crank objective still active. That means the 3F Store step was not completed; returning to the Captain cannot substitute for it.

Turn the Master Key Card into Bosun clearance

After speaking with the Captain, the route asks you to find a way into 4F and then locate an RFID key card. The Master Key Card is expandable: picking it up is not the same as owning every permission. Each officer role has a room, a written clue, and an RFID terminal step.

The Key Card Update document is the useful index. It associates these roles with restricted work areas:

  • Bosun, Room 508: Bonded Store / 5F Store.
  • Steward, Room 507: Grocery Store.
  • Oiler, Room 505: Sewage Unit Room.
  • Engineer, Room 506: Fan Room / Hydro Pump Room.
  • No.1 Engineer, Room 502: Engine Room.
  • Chief Officer, Room 511: Navigation Bridge.

For the current objective, concentrate on Bosun’s Room 508. Read the Bosun Work Log rather than merely collecting it; the permission clue and the Lost & Found clue belong to the same stretch of progression.

Lost & Found code: 3249

The clue names four ship-safety categories in this order: Fire Extinguisher, EEBD, Life Jacket, ALL. In the verified release route, the Lost & Found lock opens with:

3249

Confirm the four digits before leaving the interface. The reward that matters to progression is the VIP Room 401 Key; move it into usable inventory if it was sent to Storage.

Bosun clearance code: 1500

At the RFID clearance terminal, enter 1500. A correct submission displays BOSUN and updates the Master Key Card. Inspect the card afterward: GRANTED Bosun is the proof that the terminal write succeeded. A correct-looking code without that permission line is not enough.

The next objective should become Find the Electrical fuse in the 5F Store. Bosun permission is what makes the store accessible. Take the fuse, use it to open the shutter into 4F, and follow the new instruction toward the 4F VIP Conference Room.

Reach the Control Office before solving chapel doors

The route does not go directly from the 4F shutter to the VIP Hall. The conference-room objective exposes a chapel thread, beginning with Retrieve Fragment at 2F Chapel. Continue until the Journal changes to Find a way to enter the Control Office from the 1F Reflection Room.

Use the Reflection Room approach to enter the 1F Control Office. The immediate goal is a Security Card, but the route then redirects you to Room 109. Follow that update before trying random chapel keypads. When you recover and examine the card, three simultaneous fragment objectives appear for the 6F, 2F, and 1F Chapels.

This is the point where inventory discipline matters. Documents and key items can be stored, but a clue left unread does not solve its dependent lock. Keep the Security Card available, and rotate/examine it so the code table is legible.

Match each chapel lock to the Security Card table

The Security Card does not provide one universal chapel code. Read the management number on the digital lock, then enter the corresponding four digits from the card:

Management number Code Management number Code
01 1487 06 5745
02 4756 07 3574
03 3147 08 5486
04 8753 09 4756
05 1145 10 7851

Numbers 02 and 09 both map to 4756 on the inspected card; that duplication is visible in the release build. The item also says it lists only 10 authorized codes out of 20 total identification numbers. If a lock shows a number outside 01–10, do not cycle through this table. It is either not part of this stage or needs a different access method.

Clear the active chapel objectives rather than searching the whole ship indiscriminately. The verified path collected the 1F fragment first during this return, then continued through the remaining 2F and 6F objectives. Along the route, Southern Pointer and Eastern Pointer pickups advance the glass-door puzzle. If the Journal still says Open the glass sliding door, one of those puzzle interactions or a relief-fragment pickup has not registered.

Check progress after every chapel:

  • The completed floor should disappear from the objective list.
  • The fragment or pointer must appear in inventory or the relevant puzzle state.
  • The glass-door objective should eventually clear.
  • The next major instruction should become Enter the 4F VIP Hall.

Do not discard healing or mental stabilizer supplies to carry every document at once. Read the clue, record its function, and use Storage for anything not required at the next door. The chapel circuit crosses several floors, so one free slot is more valuable than a duplicate combat pickup.

Use the Piano Sheet Music to enter the VIP Hall

Bright two-level passenger hall aboard the ship in SENARA The Sacrament
The VIP stretch is both a story gate and a supply sweep. Finish the route item first; loot only while the objective remains stable.

With the chapel route open, search the newly accessible passenger area for Piano Sheet Music. Its description explicitly points to playing the piece on a piano. Take it to the piano and interact; carrying the sheet without using it leaves the VIP Hall objective unresolved.

Enter the 4F VIP Hall after the musical gate opens. You can collect ammunition, stabilizers, cash, and story documents here, but the progression check is simple: the Journal must replace Enter the 4F VIP Hall with Talk to the Pastor. Speak to him, then go to the 4F Grand Salon.

Make a separate save before resolving the next pair of branch objectives:

  • Talk to the confined believer with the investigation log.
  • Talk to the Captain with the gold bars.

The recorded route continues through the confined-believer/investigation-log side of this junction. The alternative’s consequence was not independently completed, so this guide does not label it good, bad, or required for a different ending. If you want to compare outcomes, preserve the pre-Grand-Salon save instead of overwriting it.

Read the Scuttling Protocol before entering the Engine Room

After the branch scene, find and examine the Scuttling Protocol. It is a four-page operational document, not background flavor. The Journal then asks for No.1 Engineer Access Permission and the Engine Room entrance.

Room 502 belongs to the No.1 Engineer. Search the room and connected objective area for the clearance clue, enter that code at the RFID terminal, and inspect the Master Key Card for the new granted line. This guide does not print those digits because the captured terminal interaction did not provide the same digit-by-digit confirmation available for Bosun 1500. The safe checkpoint is the permission readback, not an unverified number.

Before entering the Engine Room, carry the USB Startup Key, healing, mental-stability recovery, and enough ammunition to disengage rather than clear every enemy. Once Step 1 starts, the route moves through machinery spaces and ends with an explosion timer. A clean inventory and a recent save are more useful than extra documents.

Execute all five scuttling steps in order

Pumps and machinery inside the SENARA The Sacrament engine room
The lower machinery level, pipe tunnel, control room, and shaft tunnel each contain a different part of the scuttling sequence.
  1. Initiate Scuttling Protocol. Insert the USB Startup Key into the protocol terminal in the Engine Control Room and execute the protocol.
  2. Close Bilge Pump Valves. Go to the lower level of the Engine Room and close the piping valves for both bilge pumps. The objective should not advance after only one.
  3. Open Sea Inflow Valves. Reach the end of the Ballast Tank Pipe Tunnel and manually open both sea-inflow valves.
  4. Open Ballast Distribution Valves. Return to the Engine Control Room and open every ballast water tank valve at the Tank Valve Control. Confirm the complete panel state, not just the highlighted row.
  5. Close Coolant Valves. At the end of the Shaft Tunnel, close the coolant inflow valve.

The final update is Exit the Engine Room before the explosion. Stop fighting unless an enemy physically blocks the only passage. Reverse through the known route, use healing while moving if necessary, and cross the Engine Room boundary before the countdown expires. If Step 4 does not advance, reopen Tank Valve Control and look for one ballast tank still left in its original state.

Take the Golden Box to the 2F Lecture Hall

After escaping the machinery spaces and completing the next Pastor interaction, the Journal identifies Room 505 as the location lead for the Golden Box. Room 505 belongs to the Oiler, so this section uses the same permission pattern as Bosun:

  1. Reach Room 505 and collect the Oiler’s clearance clue.
  2. Enter the clue’s digits at the RFID terminal.
  3. Inspect the Master Key Card until it reads GRANTED Oiler.
  4. Use the new access to continue the Golden Box search.
  5. Collect the Lecture Hall Lock Key and the Ancient Golden Box.

Make another permanent save when the two Golden Box branches appear:

  • Talk to the Captain with the Golden Box.
  • Place the Golden Box on the 2F Lecture Hall.

This walkthrough chooses the 2F Lecture Hall. Unlock the hall, take the box to the marked placement point, and complete the interaction. The recorded route later reports that the box reached the market but was not sufficient to prove the Church’s atrocities. That is the verified consequence of this path; it is not evidence about the Captain alternative.

Use Chief Officer clearance, activate the PLB, and hold out

The escape chain points to Chief Officer’s Room 511. Pick up the room key when it becomes available, enter Room 511, and find the rescue beacon / PLB plus the Chief Officer’s clearance clue. Update the RFID card one last time and verify GRANTED Chief Officer. The Key Card Update document ties that permission to the Navigation Bridge.

Move the PLB into active inventory before traveling to the rescue point. Its description says the signal must broadcast outside for several minutes. Using it inside a cabin does not complete the route.

  1. Reach the exposed rescue location and use the PLB.
  2. When the objective changes to Wait for rescue, defend the area without wandering back into the ship.
  3. Watch the timer and conserve ammunition by creating distance instead of chasing every target.
  4. Complete Send rescue signal when the prompt changes.
  5. Survive until Board the helicopter appears, then interact with the aircraft to finish this route.

If the helicopter never becomes interactable, check the Journal. Wait for rescue, Send rescue signal, and Board the helicopter are separate states. Remaining near the PLB is not a substitute for performing the second signal interaction.

Recover a stalled objective without replaying the ship

  • A restricted store stays locked: inspect the Master Key Card. The relevant role must say GRANTED; finding a code without writing it at the RFID terminal changes nothing.
  • A keypad code seems wrong: distinguish a permission terminal from a door-management lock. Bosun uses 1500; chapel locks use the Security Card table and their own management number.
  • The chapel list will not clear: reopen the Journal and note the exact remaining floor. Confirm the fragment pickup and the Southern/Eastern Pointer interactions before returning to the glass door.
  • The VIP Hall remains closed: collecting Piano Sheet Music is only half the gate. Use it at the piano.
  • Scuttling pauses at Step 2 or 3: each step contains two valves. One interaction produces progress, not completion.
  • The PLB route does not advance: take the beacon outside, wait through the first state, and use the separate signal prompt when it appears.
