The current list has 100 achievements, not 47. A workable route starts by separating permanent counters from one-fight conditions. Let ordinary Crusades advance events, Cathedral systems, enemy kills, and Codex entries; save the restrictive Inferno fights for builds that no longer need those runs to fund basic progression.
Current-build boundary: this roadmap uses the 100 names and objectives visible on Steam on August 12, 2026, after hot-fix v0.574. The game remains an Early Access build. The developer-linked wiki is useful for grouping, but its older data says No Mercy requires 500,000 kills; the live Steam objective and the August update use 300,000, so 300,000 is the working target. Supplied pages that describe hidden rooms, gold, Earth weapons, conventional weapon swapping, or a Divine Engine Omega fight belong to a different imagined game structure and are excluded.
Split the 100 into five ledgers before starting cleanup
| Ledger | Entries | When to work on it | Primary failure risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Events and one-run conditions | 24 | From the first Mercy runs onward | Leaving an event before its completion signal |
| Cathedral and collection progression | 28 | Every return to the HUB | Spending without recording which family still needs unlocks |
| Enemy and total-kill counters | 16 | Background progress, then Endless cleanup | Grinding common enemies while one rare family remains |
| Boss, difficulty, and constrained clears | 26 | Mercy/Nightmare first; Inferno after the build matures | Combining incompatible conditions into one fragile attempt |
| Codex completion | 6 | Log discoveries throughout; audit near the end | Assuming reading a web list unlocks an in-client entry |
Keep one save-side note with five columns matching the table. After a run, record only confirmed Steam notifications or current-client progress. Do not infer that a hidden counter advanced because the run “should have counted.” The objective text contains several timed, difficulty, weapon-count, and event-state conditions; the notification is the reliable boundary.
Pass one: make every event pay two or three times
The developer FAQ gives each battlefield object a distinct completion signal. Route around that signal, then layer its long counter:
- Chest: opening grants persistent Shards. For Nothing Is Wasted, the objective is not merely opening 40 chests; the current text says to extract Shards from them.
- Blood Chalice: demons must die inside its marked zone. Filling the meter once gives Blood Tithe; twenty full charges and 2,000 in-zone kills should be logged together.
- Shrine: its Blessing lasts for the current Crusade. Use a boss while the effect is active for Borrowed Power, and allow normal combat to grow Divine Surge.
- Path of the Crux: recover the scattered banners and finish the procession. Start Vow Fulfilled early because it requires 40 completed paths.
- Signal Array: activate it, remain nearby, and protect the transmission. A clean first defense can satisfy both Transmission Secured and No Interruptions; later defenses build Hold the Line.
- Power Relay: carry the core to the device despite the movement penalty. Once installed, let its lightning kill enemies so activation and kill counters progress together.
- Resurrection Spire: destroy the structure before it creates five revived enemies for the restrictive condition, then continue toward the 40-spire total.
- Corrupted Shards: accepting the object reverses controls temporarily. Survive the effect once, then repeat only on runs that can safely absorb the movement risk.
- Sermon of Revelation: collect the scattered pages. These discoveries also open sealed Cathedral content, so sermon cleanup belongs before the “unlock all” achievements.
| Object or state | Achievement | Current objective |
|---|---|---|
| Chest | Fragments of War | Open the Chest |
| Chest | Nothing Is Wasted | Extract Shards from 40 Chests |
| Blood Chalice | Blood Tithe | Fill the Blood Chalice |
| Blood Chalice | Blood Ritualist | Fully charge the Blood Chalice 20 times |
| Blood Chalice | Consecrated Slaughter | Kill 2,000 enemies inside the Blood Chalice zone |
| Shrine | Blessed for a Moment | Activate a Shrine |
| Shrine | Borrowed Power | Defeat a boss while under a Shrine Blessing |
| Shrine | Divine Surge | Kill 5,000 enemies while under a Shrine Blessing |
| Path of the Crux | Walk the Stations | Complete Path of the Crux |
| Path of the Crux | Vow Fulfilled | Complete Path of the Crux 40 times |
| Signal Array | Transmission Secured | Defend a Signal Array |
| Signal Array | No Interruptions | Defend a Signal Array without the Signal Array taking damage |
| Signal Array | Hold the Line | Defend Signal Array 40 times |
| Power Relay | Divine Conduit | Activate a Power Relay |
| Power Relay | Lightning of the Order | Kill 500 enemies with a Power Relay |
| Power Relay | Heavy Faith | Activate a Power Relay 40 times |
| Resurrection Spire | Break the Cycle | Destroy a Resurrection Spire |
| Resurrection Spire | No Second Death | Destroy a Resurrection Spire before 5 enemies are revived |
| Resurrection Spire | Grave Denied | Destroy 40 Resurrection Spires |
| Corrupted Shards | Twisted Path | Survive the Corrupted Shards effect |
| Corrupted Shards | Embrace the Corruption | Collect Corrupted Shards 40 times |
| Sermon | Fragments of Truth | Collect a Sermon of Revelation fragment |
| Sermon | Revelation Begins | Collect 40 Sermon of Revelation fragments |
| Sermon | The Word Restored | Complete all Sermons of Revelation |

Failure diagnosis should be event-specific. A Chalice meter that is not moving means kills are landing outside the zone. A Signal Array that completes but does not award No Interruptions means it took damage. A Relay with few kills may have been activated too late in the wave. A Spire that falls without No Second Death probably revived five enemies before destruction. Fix the state, not the total damage number.
Pass two: rebuild the Cathedral with an audit trail
Cathedral achievements are not one linear purchase tree. They cover buildings, resources, Crux depth, Passives, Weapons, Blessings, Upgrades, and merges. Sermons can reveal new items in those pools, so buying everything visible before finishing revelation content can leave the list apparently complete while its true final entries remain sealed.
| Track | Milestones to record |
|---|---|
| Crux access and depth | Bearer of the Crux — unlock the Crux; First Invocation — 3 upgrades; Crux Initiate — 12; Crux Adept — 15 |
| Crux power states | Full Revelation — reach 100% Crux Power; Divine Excess — reach 125%; No Turning Back — unlock Crux Forcefield |
| Buildings | Iron and Prayer — Forge; Blessed Arsenal — Gunsmith; The Faith Refined — Confessional; Call to Crusade — Bell Tower; Gifts of Heaven — Shrine; Rebuild the Order — all Cathedral buildings |
| Shards | Cathedral Supply — collect 1,000; Endless Tithe — collect 5,000 |
| Passives | Inner Strength — 5; Strength Through Faith — 15; Perfected Vessel — all |
| Weapons | Tools of War — 5; Arsenal Expanded — 15; Master of Arms — all |
| Blessings | First Blessings — 5; The Faith Grows — 15; Blessed by Heaven — all |
| Upgrades | Augmented Faith — 5; Engine of War — 15; Machine of Faith — all |
| Merge volume | Forged in Battle — merge weapons 150 times |
At every HUB return, check the smallest unfinished family first. If Passives are complete but Blessings are blocked, further Passive spending cannot move the remaining achievement. If a family says “all” yet does not unlock, compare it with Sermon discoveries and Codex state before assuming a bug.
The August update makes experiments recoverable: Prayer and weapon refunds are now 100%, and presets/loadouts store hero configurations. Use refunds to test an unlock path, but do not confuse a refund with removing discovery credit. The safe method is to wait for the achievement notification, return to the HUB, and then change the build.
Pass three: clear the four boss gates before rotating heroes
The current list names four campaign checks across Mercy, Nightmare, and Inferno: Doom Herald, Bishop, Brother Tharos and Brother Severin, and Raziel. It does not state that a higher difficulty automatically grants lower-difficulty entries. Verify the Steam notifications after each victory; if a lower tier remains locked, run that written tier instead of assuming stacking.
| Fight | Mercy | Nightmare | Inferno |
|---|---|---|---|
| Doom Herald | Herald Falls | Silenced Herald | Harbinger Broken |
| Bishop | Trial by Faith | Unyielding Faith | Tested by Fire |
| Brother Tharos and Severin | Shield and Fury | Brothers Broken | Two Graves |
| Raziel | Sacred Horror | Divine Terror | Heaven Denied |
Every objective adds “before time runs out.” The list does not publish a universal numeric timer, so route by the live boss display. If survival is stable but the bar expires, the failure is sustained damage uptime. If damage is high but one pattern ends the attempt, read the boss Codex and fund movement/defense rather than forcing more offense.
Gates Sealed is the campaign-state check: close the Gates of Hell. Keep it separate from the four named boss trios so a missing story notification is not mistaken for a difficulty-clear problem.
Rotate the ten Templars only after one Inferno route is stable
Ten achievements require an Act IV Inferno completion with a named Templar. Build one repeatable route, save a baseline preset for each hero, and change only the character-specific pieces. Relearning the entire Prayer pool ten times adds unnecessary variables.
| Templar | Achievement | Route note |
|---|---|---|
| Primaris | Divine Vanguard | Use for its own Act IV clear, not the two single-weapon achievements |
| Silent Sister | Whisper of Death | Confirm the notification before altering the preset |
| Judicator | Judgment Delivered | Keep the class restriction separate from weapon-count challenges |
| Incendius | Trial by Fire | Preserve a working damage-delivery route rather than copying only element labels |
| Spectre | Master of Shadows | Log the Act IV completion at the victory screen |
| Voltaris | The Living Storm | Reuse universal survival pieces, then adjust character-specific Prayers |
| Warden | Unyielding Warden | Do not assume an earlier boss clear proves the Act IV condition |
| Synthar | Hymn of Machines | Keep a dedicated preset until Steam confirms the unlock |
| Martyr | Blessed Sacrifice | Verify the final result before refunding the setup |
| Custos | Keeper of Faith | Treat this as the last character pass if its build is less familiar |
Do not combine all ten with every other constraint. Character completion asks who finishes Act IV; No Doom Remains and Single Purpose ask how one earlier boss is defeated. Separate saves/presets reduce the chance that an otherwise valid character clear fails because an unrelated weapon condition was broken.
Reserve three constrained fights for dedicated attempts
- Iron Will: take down the Tharos and Severin pair with a melee-only arm set. Remove ranged weapons from the plan before the fight rather than hoping an unused ranged card will not count.
- No Doom Remains: defeat Doom Herald on Inferno with only a single 9-slot weapon before the timer expires.
- Single Purpose: defeat Bishop on Inferno with only a single 9-slot weapon before the timer expires.
Patch v0.506 records a Primaris-specific failure for the one-active-weapon conditions, and the developer also noted that their displayed descriptions needed revision. The current Steam text now specifies a single 9-slot weapon. Use another Templar, place the entire build into that one weapon, and remove extra active weapons before the encounter. A second weapon that “never fired” is still an avoidable ambiguity.
For the melee dual-boss run, remember that bosses ignore Stagger. A hammer or sword can still use Stagger against the surrounding wave, but boss damage needs a separate reason to succeed. If the fight times out, improve damage uptime; if contact kills the Templar, solve range, movement, healing, armor, or dodge first.
Pass four: let ordinary runs expose the missing enemy family
Four total-kill achievements form a natural staircase: Executioner at 1,000, Angel of Death at 10,000, Purge Protocol at 100,000, and No Mercy at 300,000. Eleven family counters ask for 500 kills each, and Catalog of Sin asks for at least one kill of every enemy type.
| Family | 500-kill achievement | Cleanup signal |
|---|---|---|
| Dreadstalker | Dread Hunt | Stop targeting it after the notification; move to the rarest missing family |
| Hellhound | Houndbreaker | Use normal progression unless it is the final incomplete counter |
| Ruinborn | Ruinborn – Born of Ruin | Record the first unlock and the 500-kill completion separately |
| Detonant | Controlled Demolition | Do not confuse killing one for Codex discovery with finishing 500 |
| Ironmaw | Breaker of Jaws | Use a build that can handle its defensive identity without stalling the run |
| Harrowfiend | Harvest of Fear | Keep moving against projectile prediction while farming naturally |
| Blastfiend | Ashes in the Blast | Log it with other ranged/support enemy cleanup |
| Wretchchant | Mute the Choir | Prioritize the support enemy so its nearby buffs do not extend the wave |
| Broodcaller | Silence the Brood | Kill the summoner before counting spawned pressure as progress |
| Boneleaper | Ground the Leaper | Keep a control answer while building the counter |
| Fleshweaver | Unravel the Flesh | Remove the reviver before ordinary enemies so kills do not repeat inefficiently |
Use the Enemies Codex as the missing-family detector, not as proof of a 500 counter. The developer FAQ specifically identifies Broodcaller, Wretchchant, and Fleshweaver as priority support enemies; that tactical order also prevents their mechanics from lengthening cleanup runs.
The Endless Ascent update makes late kill cleanup more efficient because Endless Mode begins after its first 15 levels and then continues while the build survives. The official update explicitly calls the mode useful for the 300,000-enemy achievement and for earning Vows through more frequent bosses. Use it only after event and enemy-family work is mostly complete; a pure Endless kill run may not visit the specific campaign object or enemy still missing.

Pass five: close six Codex gates by triggering discoveries
| Achievement | Current objective | What to audit |
|---|---|---|
| Catalog of War | Unlock 10 Weapons Codex | Early weapon discovery; this is not the all-weapons requirement |
| Echoes of the Crusade | Unlock All Events Codex | Each of the nine event types, including full interaction rather than visual contact |
| Faces of Hell | Unlock All Enemies Codex | Every enemy entry; compare the Codex with Catalog of Sin |
| Words of Wisdom | Unlock All Tips Codex | Damage types, delivery types, and mechanics that may need to trigger in play |
| The Armory Archive | Unlock All Weapons Codex | Discovered results, including merge-only and Gunsmith weapons |
| Forbidden Knowledge | Unlock All Codex | The final umbrella check after every category is complete |
For a missing weapon entry, discover the result in the current client and check the Weapons tab afterward; the developer says recipes are recorded there. For a missing Tips entry, a readable community note suggests equipping a weapon that actually deals the relevant damage type, and attaching an upgrade when the mechanic requires one, such as Stun. Because that Steam page displays a removed/incompatible warning, treat this as a diagnostic: perform the mechanic, then verify the Codex. Do not assume the web page itself supplies the unlock.
Codex categories can finish in different orders. Catalog of Sin may unlock before Faces of Hell if “kill every type” and “unlock every entry” use different discovery thresholds. Likewise, Master of Arms concerns weapon unlocks while The Armory Archive concerns Codex entries. Wait for each named notification rather than merging these pairs into one checkbox.
Run the final 100/100 audit in dependency order
- Events: confirm all nine object families, their one-time achievements, and every 40/500/2,000/5,000 counter.
- Revelations: finish all Sermons before declaring the Blessing, Weapon, or Upgrade pools complete.
- Cathedral: verify all buildings, 15-tier milestones, final “all” unlocks, Crux Forcefield, and 125% Crux Power.
- Campaign: confirm every named boss on Mercy, Nightmare, and Inferno plus Gates Sealed.
- Templars: count ten separate Act IV Inferno notifications.
- Constraints: keep Iron Will, No Doom Remains, and Single Purpose as three dedicated successes; do not use Primaris for the single-weapon pair.
- Enemies: verify all eleven 500-kill entries, Catalog of Sin, and the 300,000 total.
- Codex: close Weapons, Events, Enemies, Tips, and the final Forbidden Knowledge umbrella.
If the total is 99, compare the exact Steam name/objective list with the five ledgers rather than reading another “hidden achievements” article. The supplied secret-guide pages invent 47-achievement and action-RPG conditions that are absent from the live Steam list. The local research ledger accounts for all 100 current entries once each: 24 event conditions, 28 Cathedral/collection entries, 16 kill entries, 26 boss/constrained clears, and 6 Codex entries.
