Vape Store Miami Orders Guide: Phone, Packaging, and Delivery

The Vape Store Miami packaging machine showing required items and an order ready to prepare

A phone caller and an online order can ask for the same products while requiring different handoffs. One may be collected at the shop; the other must be prepared, packaged, and delivered through the shipping route. Gathering the right items is only the middle of the job. Before touching stock, identify the customer, the required list, the delivery type, and the screen that will prove completion.

This guide reflects the full game checked on August 22, 2026, after the v260818 patch. Exact order values, timers, item lists, and daily volume are live-client data. The reliable part is the transaction shape: accept or inspect the order, reserve its items, prepare the matching contract, produce the required handoff object, and verify the order leaves the active queue.

Classify the contract before reserving a single item

Open the order record and read four fields:

  • Identity: customer name or order ID, so two similar lists do not get mixed.
  • Contents: product, brand or flavor, and quantity for every line.
  • Fulfillment: pickup or shipping.
  • State: unprepared, prepared, ready for delivery, or completed.

The official screenshots show a status board with separate Order Status, Order ID, Days Left, Delivery, Price, and Name columns. Use the current board as the authority for priority. A high-value order is not automatically first if another has less time remaining or already has all its items reserved.

Do not infer the route from the caller’s wording or the box art. The delivery field decides what counts as the final action. Write the order ID and type into your co-op handoff or keep that order selected until the package or pickup is complete.

Create a fulfillment lane beside the packaging machine

The store inventory screen visibly separates Tracked Items, Unprepared Online Orders, and general Inventory. Use the same separation in the room. A compact fulfillment lane needs:

  1. Reserve storage for products that already belong to an accepted order.
  2. Clear access to the packaging machine and its input/output interaction.
  3. A temporary position for the finished package that is not a retail shelf.
  4. A route to the pickup counter or post office without crossing a pile of deliveries.

This is not decoration advice. It protects state. If reserved goods are mixed into a shelf, a walk-in customer can consume the last unit and leave an apparently complete order short. If finished packages are stacked beside unopened stock, the courier can take the wrong object or lose the order ID.

With v260818 installed, loose floor items should no longer participate in customer pathing calculations. A clear lane still helps the player identify what is prepared. The same build lets a loaded fixture be lifted. Before moving a machine or reserve shelf, record the assigned order IDs and verify the contents after placement.

For a phone pickup, keep the caller’s answer and the handoff together

The official media shows phone calls offering a direct acceptance response, and the game description says customers can order by phone and receive a handoff according to their preference. Treat acceptance as the start of a contract, not as a completed sale.

  1. Read the requested lines before accepting; confirm that the products are unlocked or realistically obtainable.
  2. Accept once, then find the new record in the active order display.
  3. Track or reserve the exact variants. Similar flavor or device names are not substitutes unless the order itself says so.
  4. Prepare the order using the action exposed by the current item/order interface.
  5. Keep it in the pickup lane until the named customer arrives.
  6. Complete the handoff and confirm the record leaves the queue, the reward is applied, and any quest counter changes.

If the caller gives you multiple response options, distinguish an acceptance choice from a product-advice question. Advice answers can affect reputation without creating the same fulfillment contract. A new caller icon is not proof that an order was accepted; the order record is.

For online shipping, turn the required list into one package

The packaging-machine screen provides the strongest shipping readback. In official media it contains tabs for work to prepare and work ready for delivery, a selected customer/order, a Required Items list, input slots, an output slot, and a Package action.

Run it as an exact set comparison:

  1. Select one online order, not the first loose product in inventory.
  2. Compare each required line with the items you reserved: name, format, and quantity.
  3. Move only those units into the machine input.
  4. Re-read the required list. A visually similar box in an input slot is not confirmation.
  5. Use Package only when every line is satisfied.
  6. Verify a finished object appears in output and that the order moves to Ready for Delivery.

If the Package action remains unavailable, do not add random inventory. Remove the suspect line and compare its full product label with the requirement. The item may be the wrong brand, flavor, box type, or preparation state. If the input list is correct but the state does not advance, preserve the order ID, UI screenshot, and client version before reloading.

Delivery is a second transaction after packaging

A prepared package is not a delivered package. Official screenshots show a post-office interaction where the clerk asks if the player wants to send a package. The current achievement list separates Special Delivery for the first online package from On the Route at 25 and Delivery Expert at 100. Those counters make the final handoff independently observable.

Before leaving the store:

  • Confirm the package is in your active inventory or hand, not still in the machine output.
  • Match its order ID or customer to the ready-for-delivery list.
  • Do not carry an unrelated retail box that can be selected by mistake.
  • Check the time or days-left field before committing to another task.

At the post office, select the send/deliver interaction once. Then read the order board again. Completion requires the active record to clear or change state and the expected money, reputation, quest, or achievement readback to appear. An animation, dialogue line, or empty hand alone is insufficient.

Protect reserved goods from the retail shelf

Orders and walk-in sales compete for the same physical stock. Use a three-number check for every demanded item:

Quantity Meaning Decision
On shelf Available to walk-in customers Do not count it as safe order stock once the store is open.
Reserved Committed to named pickup or shipping contracts Keep it in fulfillment storage or machine input.
Free reserve Uncommitted inventory Use it to refill shelves or cover a new order after comparing deadlines.

When supply is short, decide explicitly. Completing a nearly finished order may return cash and free the queue sooner than spreading one unit across several shelves. On the other hand, accepting a low-priority contract that empties a proven bestseller can stall the daily retail loop. The sources do not publish a permanent profit ranking, so compare the current reward, time remaining, replacement cost, and the sales you would interrupt.

Handle several orders with a visible state board

For multiple active contracts, use four columns even if you keep them mentally or in co-op voice chat:

Order Missing Next action Owner
Customer or ID plus pickup/shipping Exact product lines still absent Buy, unpack, package, wait for pickup, or deliver One named player

Only one player changes the order state at a time. Another player can restock or run checkout, but should not move reserved items without stating the order ID. When a package is finished, announce that the state is ready, not done. The delivery player announces completion only after the order board readback.

Prioritize by a combination of days left, missing lines, and travel state. An order with one missing item may be blocked on the next terminal delivery; use that wait to deliver a prepared package. An order with every line present should not sit unprepared while you browse products.

Keep preparation, packaging, and delivery counters separate

Several failure messages look like one problem but belong to different stages:

  • The order is not listed: acceptance may not have registered, the record may be on another order tab, or the day transition may not have created new work.
  • Required items stay red or missing: inspect exact product identity and quantity; do not trust color or shelf location.
  • No prepared order appears: verify machine input, package output, and whether the Package action completed.
  • The package exists but the counter stays fixed: it may still require the post-office or customer handoff.
  • The order disappeared without the expected reward: capture before/after balance, reputation, quest, and achievement states before repeating.

The August 16 achievement hotfix addressed achievements not unlocking correctly, and v260818 separately repaired Lucky Spin. Update first when only an achievement is missing. If the operational order record also failed, treat it as a fulfillment-state issue rather than only an achievement issue.

Use the current order milestones as an audit

The online-delivery achievements form a clean coverage ladder: first package, 25 packages, and 100 packages. Use them to audit long-run delivery credit, not to justify accepting every order regardless of stock. Record the delivery count at the beginning of a focused session. After each post-office handoff, verify the active order clears. If the achievement counter is visible and stops while orders still complete, you have isolated an achievement problem from an economy problem.

Phone pickup lacks the same public achievement ladder in the checked list. Do not invent a hidden counter. Use the order record, payment, reputation, and quest UI as its completion proof.

Watch a verified packaging and advice segment

KnuckleHead’s EP2 was published on August 16 and the public page links Vape Store Miami’s full Steam app. Its public duration is 14,266 seconds; the supplied local 854×480 file is 14,265.67 seconds. The recording shows the active order list, packaging-machine required items, a package-ready state, delivery progress, and customer flavor questions. It is used for visible state transitions only, not fixed payouts or deadlines.

Connect fulfillment without merging its inventory

If the walk-in side cannot fund replacements while orders consume stock, return to the Vape Store Miami Beginner Guide and stabilize one shelf-to-checkout loop. When the missing order line is a crafted product, use the Vape Store Miami E-Liquid Guide to control recipe input and batch size. These are separate queues; their items may share storage, but their completion readbacks do not.

Sources, verification, and exclusions

The store description and media on Vape Store Miami’s Steam page establish the phone/online distinction, handoff options, store operations, reputation, co-op scope, and official UI images. The developer’s Steam announcements set the launch/patch dates. Delivery milestone wording comes from the game’s current global-achievement list.

This guide does not claim permanent order payouts, fixed arrival counts, universal deadlines, a complete product catalogue, a fastest delivery route, or undocumented penalties. It also does not treat the empty English Steam Guides listing as proof that no advice exists elsewhere; it only means no matching English guide was readable there during this research.
