FEED THE AI has 20 Steam achievements, but only four need a deliberately staged round. Five track lifetime Data, five follow chapter or game completion, four require a maxed chapter tree, and two come from the ends of the Karma bar. Save the special Firewall, Malware, Vision, and full-clear setups for a powered-up cleanup run instead of distorting the first campaign around them.
Launch-build boundary: the public Steam list and descriptions were checked on August 25, 2026. Two achievements share the name Total Awareness; use the description—420M Data or ten Vision Orbs—to tell them apart.

Sort the list before starting a cleanup run
| Group | Achievements | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Data milestones | First Byte; A Small Sample; Training Data; Feed Me More; Total Awareness (420M) | Collect 1, 100, 1K, 1M, and 420M Data |
| Story progress | Hello, World!; Corporate Asset; The Invisible Government; Beyond Human Input; Humanity’s Final Input | Complete Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, then the game |
| Skill trees | Still Just a Chatbot; Managing Intelligence; Ruling Intelligence; SUPERINTELLIGENCE | Max the Chapter 1, 2, 3, and 4 trees |
| Karma extremes | Absolute Control; You’re Safe With Me | Reach maximum Tyrant and maximum Protector Karma |
| Staged mechanics | Data Breach; Clean Plate; System Infection; Total Awareness (Vision) | Let a Firewall steal 200 Data, clear the map, hold five Malware Orbs, and hold ten Vision Orbs |
The table is a routing tool, not a claim that the first fourteen always pop simultaneously. Steam connectivity can delay a notification. Use the chapter card, MAX/crossed tree state, numeric Karma, or on-screen orb count as the in-game readback, then confirm the achievement in the Steam client.
Let the five Data milestones arrive across normal runs
First Byte, A Small Sample, Training Data, Feed Me More, and the 420M version of Total Awareness require 1, 100, 1K, 1M, and 420M collected Data. The main menu displays Collected Data, and the verified series shows that number rising from one completed path to the next. Use that total as the progress check rather than trying to count particles in a round.
Do not delay a chapter transition to grind the early map. Later trees add Data density, clusters, higher-value Data, autonomous attacks, and longer coverage, so the milestones accelerate naturally. If 420M is the last one missing, activate earned Prestige income and attack effects and continue a normal late-game or new run. The achievement asks for Data, not cash; a large cash panel alone is not proof that the Data threshold has been crossed.
Pair chapter completion with each max-tree check
The five progress achievements are direct: complete Chapter 1 for Hello, World!, Chapter 2 for Corporate Asset, Chapter 3 for The Invisible Government, Chapter 4 for Beyond Human Input, and the ending for Humanity’s Final Input. Let the chapter-complete card finish before leaving, because it is the clearest local proof that the save advanced.
The four tree achievements need a more careful visual audit:
- Still Just a Chatbot — every purchasable Chapter 1 node must reach MAX.
- Managing Intelligence — max the Chapter 2 tree, including repaired bug tiles.
- Ruling Intelligence — max Chapter 3 after its Government, Malware, and orb branches are open.
- SUPERINTELLIGENCE — finish every Chapter 4 branch, including the final autonomous and Core Link nodes.
A red bug tile is easy to misread as an upgrade you should leave untouched. Its tooltip describes the active penalty and shows a price; paying fixes the bug. The verified UI acknowledges the repair, and the red bug card becomes crossed out. For a max-tree audit, scan every branch for a price, an unfilled level such as 0/1, or an unfixed red tile. A screen full of MAX labels plus crossed bug panels is stronger evidence than the amount of unspent cash.
Earlier chapter tabs remain available, so a missed side branch is cleanup, not a forced restart. Push the current resource gate first, then return when late-game income makes the remaining old nodes inexpensive.
Earn both Karma extremes on two ending runs
Absolute Control requires maximum Tyrant Karma; You’re Safe With Me requires maximum Protector Karma. Select the same alignment in every unlocked AI Perk slot and inspect the result after each round. Tyrant cards move toward -100, Protector cards toward +100, and multiple selected slots can move the marker faster.
Do not stop at “red” or “yellow.” The achievement wording says maximum, so wait for the numeric panel to show exactly -100 or +100. Once the popup or Steam entry confirms it, you may change alignment without losing the achievement. The endings and Prestige route shows how to pair those extremes with their matching Finished Paths and then hold Rational at zero for the third path.
Stage Data Breach by protecting the thief
Data Breach asks you to have a Firewall steal 200 Data Particles. Normal play teaches the opposite behavior—find the Firewall and destroy it—so this one needs a controlled exception.
- Use a round with enough starting Data, density, and clusters that the Firewall has material nearby.
- When a Firewall appears, move the Finder to the opposite side or outside its attack range. Because the Finder attacks automatically in range, standing beside the Firewall can end the test before it steals enough.
- Watch the Firewall’s carried or collection state rather than your cash. Do not take a damage, range, or autonomous upgrade immediately before the attempt if it makes the Firewall die off-screen.
- Let TIME’S UP end the session, then check Steam. If the popup has not appeared, repeat the same observable setup; the public description does not state whether partial counts persist, so do not claim progress from an unshown counter.
Disable or avoid aggressive Prestige effects for this test if they kill the Firewall without Finder contact. Data Breach is the one achievement for which a weaker board is useful.
Attempt Clean Plate before adding more targets
Clean Plate requires all Data to be gone before time expires. The cleanest setup is the start of a later Prestige run: earned autonomous effects are available, while the new Chapter 1 tree has not yet filled the board with extra starting Data, density, and clusters.
- Activate the Prestige cards you have unlocked.
- Prioritize Finder movement, light range, attack range, attack speed, and damage.
- Delay optional supply nodes for this attempt. More Data may improve income, but it expands the clear requirement.
- Sweep from one boundary through the remaining dark pockets. Do not orbit the bright central effects while a corner remains unrevealed.
- Look for an empty map before the countdown ends, then confirm the Steam popup. A high cash number or a dense damage burst is not the achievement’s readback.
After Clean Plate unlocks, resume buying density and cluster nodes for progression. This is a one-round geometry test, not a permanent low-supply build.
Keep five Malware Orbs alive at the same time
System Infection requires five active Malware Orbs. Spawn chance alone is insufficient if the oldest orb expires before the fifth appears. Build the attempt in this order:
- Unlock Malware Data, then buy Malware Data Chance until the source appears consistently.
- Increase Malware Orb Lifetime; this widens the overlap window.
- Add round time and Data density only after the spawn source and lifetime are working.
- Avoid clearing the entire board too early. Keep moving into fresh Data so there are enough spawn opportunities.
- Count visible Malware Orbs simultaneously and wait for the popup. Malware attack speed, range, or damage helps income but does not substitute for five living instances.
Tyrant perks can improve Malware behavior, while the Tyrant Prestige card adds Virus deployments. The UI uses different names for these systems, so do not count a Virus deployment as a Malware Orb unless the game’s on-screen orb state does.
Build the ten-Vision-Orb Total Awareness around lifetime
The second Total Awareness requires ten Vision Orbs active at once. It is not the 420M Data achievement with the same title. Use the Vision branch’s own state:
- Raise Vision Data chance so Vision Data appears repeatedly.
- Max or heavily invest in Vision Orb Lifetime before range, speed bonus, or attack damage.
- Lengthen the round and supply enough Data to create ten spawn opportunities.
- Keep the Finder moving through uncleared areas. If autonomous damage erases every source too quickly, reduce the active Prestige set for this attempt.
- Count ten simultaneous Vision Orbs, then verify the description in Steam because the duplicate title can make the wrong entry look complete.
Protector perks can improve Vision Orb range, and the Protector Prestige effect adds Light Pulse chance. Those are useful output bonuses, but neither replaces Vision Data chance plus lifetime for this particular count.
Finish with one evidence-based cleanup sequence
A low-rework route is: max every tree and one Karma extreme on the first ending; take the opposite Karma extreme on the second; finish Rational on the third; then activate the earned Prestige cards for Clean Plate and cumulative Data. Run the Firewall theft separately with aggressive effects disabled. Use dedicated high-lifetime rounds for Malware and Vision counts.
That sequence keeps contradictory tasks apart. Clean Plate wants fewer targets and overwhelming coverage; Data Breach wants a dangerous target left alive; the orb achievements want many spawn opportunities and long lifetimes. Trying to satisfy all four in one round removes the controls that make each result auditable.
Sources and credits: all 20 names and descriptions were checked on Steam’s public FEED THE AI achievements page; identity, release state, and official screenshot came from the Steam store listing. A verified eight-part full-play series was used to cross-check tree tabs, fixed bug tiles, round results, Karma extremes, Prestige activation, and the simultaneous orb mechanics; it was not treated as an official balance table.
