Megastore: Tidy Up Together Achievement Route: All 33 Launch Goals

Do not try to earn all 33 launch achievements in Megastore: Tidy Up Together on one blind first playthrough. The list rewards active skills, but three other goals ask you to finish stores without activating any skills. Four goals explicitly require co-op, three impose completion times, and one currently has a blank public description. Decide which conditions the run must meet before you pick up the first product.

This route is tied to the PC 1.0 build released on September 2, 2026, and the Steam achievement page visible on September 3. It covers the achievement order, the two progress counters, a low-rework sorting method, named active skills, co-op staging, all six no-skill and timed clears, and every current achievement. It does not invent difficulty modifiers, skill costs, timer pause rules, or an item-by-item shelf map that the available evidence does not provide.

Choose which promises this clear must keep

A skill-enabled learning clear, a co-op setup, a no-skill clear, and a timed clear do not follow the same rules. You may be able to combine some of them, but stacking every condition in an unfamiliar store makes a missed unlock hard to explain. Use the table to set the rules for each run; if an action would break them, save it for another attempt.

Run contract What belongs here What to protect
Learning and skill clear Placement streak, first shelf and department, skill points, active-skill uses, capacity, normal store completion Secure the 100-product accuracy streak before deliberately testing an incorrect department
Co-op setup 100 correct co-op placements, shared shelf, two-department finish, co-op store clear, Pairing Up setup Assign products and nearly finished shelves before the final actions
No-skill clear One separate achievement for each of the three stores Do not press any active-skill control; do not assume unlocking and activating mean the same thing
Pace clear Toy Store, Supermarket, and Megastore time targets Use the exact solo or co-op threshold and keep your own start/end record because pause behavior is not documented

The safest first pass is the learning and skill clear in the Toy Store. Its launch workload is lighter than the other two stores, and it lets you discover how the game confirms a correct product, a completed shelf, a completed department, and a spent skill point. Once those signals are familiar, you can make the later challenge runs about execution instead of interface discovery.

Protect the first 100 correct placements

The HUD tracks shelves and products separately. In the official Toy Store image above, the shelf display remains at 0/297 while the product display has reached 3/3555. A product can therefore register without closing a shelf. This matters for Shelf Whisperer, which asks for 100 correct placements in the same store without a wrong placement: watch the product count for the streak, not the number of completed shelves.

Build that streak in a section with unmistakable signs and repeated stock. The store’s own organization chain is your route:

  1. Read the broad direction before collecting. Department signs reduce the search area; do not fill your carrying slots with products headed to four different parts of the building.
  2. Move into the named category. Signs such as Plushies, Pretend Play, Toy Figures, Electric Guitars, Vegetables, and Fresh Fish narrow the address further. Similar shape or color is not enough when adjacent shelves carry different categories.
  3. Take a coherent batch. The carrying display shows the current load and capacity. Stop adding products when the batch no longer has one clear destination.
  4. Place, then read the counter. If the product number rises, the placement counted. If it does not change, reconsider the category instead of trying the same shelf again.
  5. Close the shelf before leaving the zone. The product counter tracks individual placements; the shelf counter shows that the whole shelf is finished. Check both during the final sweep.

A department gets you close; the category sign and shelf targeting finish the address. Keep visually similar figures separated by their actual shelf labels.

This accuracy-first pass naturally covers First Thing First, then Shelf Starter and A Place for Everything as the first shelf and department close. Delay any deliberate mistake until Shelf Whisperer appears. Steam currently shows Wrong Department with no public description; its public API identifier points to the same idea, but does not define the precise trigger. After the 100-product streak is safe, make one controlled attempt to place an obvious product in a clearly unrelated department. If no unlock appears, stop there and recheck the current description after an update rather than turning an undocumented condition into repeated damage.

A central mixed pile usually makes the streak harder, not easier. It destroys the destination information you gained when you found an object. If you need temporary staging, make a small group inside the destination zone and keep different categories physically separate.

Plan skill points around the achievements

The current achievement list reveals more about the launch skill system than the pre-release guides did. It explicitly names Magnet, Product Highlight, Shelf Highlight, and Pairing Up as active skills, plus upgrades for Movement Speed and Interaction Reach. It also confirms goals for unlocking every active skill, using every active skill, fully upgrading one active skill, and carrying 15 products at once.

Keep a written or mental checklist instead of firing every ability into the same pile:

  1. Spend the first point for Getting the Hang of It.
  2. Take one Movement Speed rank for On the Move and one Interaction Reach rank for Long Reach when those choices are available.
  3. Activate Magnet once on a visible group, Product Highlight once while looking for stock, Shelf Highlight once while resolving a destination, and Pairing Up once with a valid pair prepared. Confirm each achievement before marking the skill tested.
  4. Unlock every active skill before committing scarce points to a full upgrade. The official pages do not publish costs, prerequisites, refunds, or reset rules.
  5. Use any remaining active skill that did not register during the first pass, then verify Skillful Organizer.
  6. Fully upgrade one active skill for Specialist only after the unlock plan is secure.

Stacked Up needs a live carry count of 15. Official screenshots show different capacities during progression, including 10 and 20, so do not assume the starting limit is sufficient. Raise capacity through the skill choices shown by your client, then collect 15 products before placing the batch. Choose a repeated product family with an obvious destination so the capacity test does not jeopardize accuracy.

Better Together is a precision test for Pairing Up: one use must send five matching product pairs to their shelves. That means preparation matters more than rapid activation. Identify five pairs, verify that each pair has a valid destination, keep the ten products inside the skill’s usable area, and activate once. If only four pairs move, rebuild the setup instead of spending repeated charges on partial groups.

Stage the co-op goals around two nearly finished shelves

Four achievements explicitly require co-op, while Better Together is easier to control when another player helps prepare pairs. Do not wait until the store is nearly empty to discuss them. Create the setups while there is still enough stock to choose clean shelf and department boundaries.

Co-op progress is easiest to verify when every player owns a visible section and the handoff point is agreed before the shelf is finished.
  1. Start the personal placement counter immediately. The player chasing Helping Hand needs 100 correct placements during co-op. Do not assume a teammate’s placements are added to your own requirement; keep placing until your Steam unlock appears.
  2. Share one shelf on purpose. For Teamwork Makes the Shelf Work, have both players place at least one correct product on the same shelf, then finish that shelf. A shelf completed entirely by one player cannot prove the shared condition.
  3. Prepare one shelf in each of two departments. Leave each chosen shelf one correct item short. Put one player at each destination, count down, and finish both inside 30 seconds for Divide and Conquer. The department difference is as important as the time window.
  4. Build the five-pair Pairing Up setup. Keep this separate from the two-shelf countdown so a skill activation does not consume the products needed for another trigger.
  5. Finish the store before ending the session. That supplies the co-op completion condition for Tidy Up Together while preserving the work already done toward Helping Hand.

Use stable ownership after the staged goals are complete. In the Toy Store, category or aisle ownership is easy to see. In the two-story Megastore, floor ownership can work until one floor has a severe imbalance; then announce a deliberate reassignment. Silent territory changes create duplicate searches and make the final missing shelf harder to trace.

Keep no-skill clears and speed clears mechanically clean

The six challenge achievements form two parallel sets. Three forbid skill activation; three require a store completion before a mode-specific threshold.

Store No-skill achievement Timed achievement Official time limit
Toy Store No Training Wheels Toy Store Tornado Under 3 hours solo or 1 hour 30 minutes in co-op
Supermarket Old-School Stocker Aisle Runner Under 10 hours solo or 5 hours in co-op
Megastore Megastore Minimalist Massive Momentum Under 16 hours solo or 8 hours in co-op

The public wording says “without activating any skills.” It does not explain whether passive upgrades, previously unlocked skills, or a mistaken button press that finds no target are ignored. For the cleanest proof, use a run where nobody presses an active-skill control. Do not test Magnet, highlights, or Pairing Up during that attempt. If the client lets you enter with passive upgrades already owned, record that state rather than claiming the achievement definitely permits it.

A no-skill clear that also beats the time target is designed to satisfy both visible conditions, but check both unlocks before assuming the run stacked. If only one appears, preserve the completion evidence and treat the other as an unresolved rule or synchronization problem. The Steam descriptions do not state whether pausing stops the timer, whether a resumed save keeps elapsed time, or whether difficulty modifies the clock. Use an uninterrupted session when practical, note the chosen difficulty, and leave a margin rather than finishing on the displayed boundary.

For the timed attempt, accuracy is still faster than rework. Give each carried batch one destination, close a shelf before the route leaves its category, and reserve uncertain products for a short marked return list. Racing through random placements may increase movement while leaving the shelf counter unchanged.

Change the route when the store changes scale

The same placement rule survives all three stores, but the useful work unit changes. Current Steam metadata gives the following launch scope:

Store Current listed workload Route unit Warning sign
Toy Store 3,555 products / 297 shelves; single story One signed category or nearby shelf block You are carrying unrelated toys past several clear signs
Supermarket 7,934 products / 487 shelves; aisles and fresh-food counters One aisle family or one counter section Dry goods, chilled stock, and fresh counters are mixed into the same trip
Megastore 13,380 products / 978 shelves; two floors and nine departments One department-floor cell with an explicit owner Players keep changing floors for single objects and nobody owns the unfinished edge

Toy Store: learn the visual language. Department arrows identify broad directions; suspended category signs identify the shelf family; shelf labels and targeting finish the match. Stay local long enough to see a shelf numerator move. This is also the best environment for the 100-correct streak and the first controlled skill tests.

Supermarket: separate shelf geometry as well as product type. Produce bins, chilled cases, bakery displays, freezers, and meat or fish counters are visibly different destinations. Finish one counter family before returning to ordinary aisles. If an object looks like food but the product count refuses to move, reconsider both the category sign and the fixture rather than trying another open space.

Megastore: keep a two-level ownership map in your head or chat. A useful callout includes both floor and department, not merely “upstairs” or “food.” Solo players should finish one department on one floor before changing levels. Co-op players should assign owners, create one announced handoff lane for products that cross boundaries, and follow the same order during the final sweep.

Make the final audit follow the HUD

An empty-looking floor is not a completion signal. Use the displayed totals and the path you worked:

  • Empty the carrying slots. A product still in hand cannot be counted as shelved.
  • Compare both numerators with their store totals. The product display tests individual placement; the shelf display tests finished shelf units.
  • Revisit zones with a product increase but no shelf increase. That pattern points to a partly filled shelf or a nearby item that belongs to it.
  • Check category edges and cross-floor handoffs. Temporary groups, stairs, checkout approaches, and the boundary between two owners are more useful search areas than a random full-store loop.
  • Wait for the store result and Steam notification. If the store completes but an achievement does not appear, open the live achievement panel and compare the exact condition before starting another full clear.

The cumulative goals at 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 correct placements should arrive naturally across the launch stores. Do not distort a clean route to farm them early. The three store-completion achievements and cumulative placement goals all sit downstream of the same correct actions.

Keep five launch-day unknowns outside the route

The published information is enough to plan for every visible achievement condition, but it does not answer every rules question. Keep these unknowns in mind:

  • The available pages do not list exact difficulty names, penalties, or modifiers.
  • The public material does not give the full skill-tree costs, prerequisites, rank values, or respec behavior.
  • The achievement page does not explain timer behavior during pause, disconnect, resume, or restart.
  • Wrong Department has a visible name but an empty public description as of this version check.
  • No verified source provides a current item-by-item address for all 1,114-plus unique products and 53 shelf types.

The supplied fan-wiki pages were published before launch and repeatedly say that exact controls, shelf coordinates, skill values, and achievement requirements were unavailable. They are useful as a limited cross-check on the department-category-shelf workflow, but the post-launch Steam achievement page now supersedes them for named goals and thresholds.

Steam identifies this as AppID 5027520 by Yolo Games Studio, released on September 2, 2026. Version 1.0 contains the Toy Store, Supermarket, and Megastore. The roadmap reserves two additional stores for post-release updates and puts the level-building feature in a later major update; neither belongs in this 33-achievement launch route. Because the developer is monitoring reports and has promised hotfixes when needed, re-read any changed achievement description or store total before forcing an old method onto a patched client.
