Do not treat the Factory as a one-time finale. The safest Story-mode completion route is to reach it without the recovery disc, choose Reboot, refuel before returning for Shutdown, and only then collect the Easton disc for Restore. That order keeps all three ending options available on one save and prevents the powered-down shops from stranding a nearly empty truck.
This route also folds the other eight Steam achievements into the same journey: two region entries, four radio towers, 13 snowcats, tea, duct tape, a cooked fish, and bird feeding. It is written for the 11-achievement build introduced by patch v1.10 and checked against the September 3, 2026 client boundary. Older seven-achievement lists and three-tower checklists describe the launch-era game, not the current Steam set.
Choose your completion order before the first delivery
Steam currently exposes 11 achievements. Seven belong to the original progression and ending structure; the October 2025 v1.10 patch added four interaction achievements. The most useful checklist is therefore organized by the first safe moment to act, not by Steam’s display order.
| Achievement | Trigger | Best time to secure it |
|---|---|---|
| snowy peaks | Enter Snowy Peaks | After buying the Lighter and following the northern objective |
| fishing town | Enter Fishing Town | After activating the three towers required by the gatehouse |
| tea | Brew tea to stay warm | At the Snowy Peaks cabin or another working stove |
| duct tape | Secure an active delivery package | On an early low-risk job, before leaving the pickup area |
| birds | Feed a flock | Whenever seed is in stock and a roadside flock is settled |
| fish | Cook a fish | In a Fishing Town lake hut, after lighting its stove |
| radio towers | Activate every tower | Three before the Fishing Town gate; the fourth after Ice Chains |
| snowcats | Interact with all 13 hidden snowcats | Five in Mountain Town, four in Snowy Peaks, four in Fishing Town |
| reboot | Reboot the SD Units | First Factory visit |
| shutdown | Shut down the Hydro Dam | Second Factory visit, after refueling |
| restore | Run SD Unit Recovery with the Easton disc | Last, after Shutdown |
Steam hides the description for snowcats, but community routes consistently describe a 13-object set: each snowcat interaction awards a character bobblehead, and the achievement unlocks when the set is complete. There is no separate 13-bobblehead achievement. If it does not unlock at the final object, check the 5/4/4 regional split before repeating random jumps.
Turn Mountain Town shopping into four future unlocks
Start with the Goals and Jobs programs rather than free-roaming. Take a local Upton delivery, complete it at the marked drop-off, and claim the finished goal. The next handoff sends you to buy an Energy Drink and give it to MK beside the Upton fire near Easy Flowers. That conversation repairs the useful map state and makes the northbound sequence much easier to read.
From then on, choose jobs whose pickup and destination overlap your shopping route. Exact shop prices conflict across 2025 guides and may change; the live shelf label is the only number worth budgeting around. Preserve enough money for fuel and the current objective, then acquire these supplies as stock appears:
- Lighter: the required progression item for the blocked approach to Snowy Peaks, as well as the ignition source for campfires and cold stoves.
- Duct Tape: select it while an accepted delivery sits in the truck bed, then interact with the package. Do this before driving away and wait for duct tape to register.
- Bird Seed: carry it until you see birds resting beside a road. Park far enough away that the truck does not scatter them, approach on foot, and place the seed within the flock’s reach. Coins are not proof; the birds unlock is.
- Tea Bags and Firewood: keep these for a controlled brew instead of consuming every warmth item during travel.
Packages can leave an unsecured bed when the truck rolls or lands badly. Duct Tape removes that risk for the selected cargo, but it does not make fuel, body temperature, or energy irrelevant. Before an intercity run, confirm three separate states: the package is still visible in the bed, the tank can cover the return or the next pump, and at least one drink or warm shelter lies on the route.

Open Snowy Peaks without spending the return trip
Earn the Lighter at the Mountain Town depot stage, then return to the northbound objective instead of trying to force an unprepared truck through the snow. Entering the region awards snowy peaks. Continue to the cabin, talk to the resident, and treat that warm interior as a reset point: finish the dialogue, restore energy, and leave only after the next goal is visible.
Buy Snow Tires from the regional auto shop before attempting the steep snowcat and tower approaches. They improve the off-road routes that look barely climbable on standard tires. A failed climb has a clear diagnosis: if the truck loses momentum on packed snow before reaching the landmark, stop burning fuel, return to the shop, and verify the tire upgrade is actually installed rather than merely purchased or inspected.
This is also the cleanest place to make tea. If the cabin supplies a usable pot and stove in your current save, use them. Otherwise bring a Cooking Pot, place it on a lit stove or on a campfire made from two pieces of Firewood, add Tea Bags, and wait until the brew becomes an item you can collect. Picking up the finished tea is the reliable completion signal. Standing near a fire or drinking a premade cup does not satisfy a brewing objective.

Use the first three towers as the Fishing Town key
The story asks for three tower activations before the Fishing Town security gate will open, but the current achievement asks for every tower. Those are different checks. Activate the Upton and Easton towers in Mountain Town and the Lopton tower in Snowy Peaks. At each one, reach the control room, operate the switch, and confirm the tower’s state changed. Merely driving to the marker does nothing.
The exposed stair climbs are where a vague “I reached the tower” memory causes trouble. Warm fully before leaving the truck, carry tea or another cold-resistance item, and use the Lighter while moving between heat sources. If the gatehouse later shows an incomplete state, revisit the tower whose room or light you cannot positively remember changing. Do not waste time searching Fishing Town for the fourth tower before the first three have opened its gate.
After all three prerequisite lights are green, enter the gatehouse beside the Fishing Town barrier and press its control. Cross the boundary and speak to MK on the far side; fishing town should unlock on entry. The fourth tower remains a later Ice Chains task and is not needed for this gate handoff.
Collect the 13 snowcats region by region
Snowcats are easiest to track after Snow Tires but before Shutdown changes the world’s services. Keep a regional tally of 5/4/4. Several objects sit above the road rather than beside it, so scan the ridge or roof after reaching the named landmark. The route below uses map labels and visible buildings instead of borrowed map images.
| Region | Snowcat checkpoints | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Mountain Town (5) | West approach into Upton near the map’s U; the high ground beside the upper radio tower; the roof of EZ Pizza in Easton; the gap between buildings around the S in Weston; the roof of the Weston depot, approached from its north side. | If Easton’s roof jump lands nose-first, reset immediately and rebuild the run-up from the road above town. Do not edit the save or coordinates for a normal completion route. |
| Snowy Peaks (4) | Behind Winton’s fuel stop along the cliff; uphill left after the Munton bar road ends; high ground beside the radio tower; the rise above the northern road after the tower bridge, using the visible snow patch as the turn-in. | If the truck stalls below the ridge, confirm Snow Tires and approach with a straight run. If the driver starts freezing, abandon the search and warm up before refining the line. |
| Fishing Town (4) | Below the entrance antenna building between two cabins; two figures together on the railway structure reached from the snowy connector northwest of Clifton’s mart toward Damton; the small island beside the bridge between the eastern towns. | The island route is safest after Ice Chains. The railway pair counts as two interactions, so seeing one landmark is not proof that both figures were collected. |
Each interaction adds a bobblehead that can be displayed in a related shop or cabin. Check that visible collection if the achievement stays locked. The Easton roof demands the most precise driving; otherwise, a missing entry is more likely to be one half of the railway pair or a ridge seen from below but never reached.
Convert Fishing Town jobs into the dam and final tower
Once the gate is open, take local Fishing Town jobs until the live auto-shop price for the Bumper Bar is covered without sacrificing the fuel reserve. Install it, then drive to the locked bridge connecting the Damton and Smalton side of the map. Hit the closed gates with the equipped bar. If they do not break, check the upgrade state; speed alone cannot substitute for the part.
At the Hydro Dam, take the lift down and collect the Handheld Radio from the upper-right end of the storage shelves. Continue through the lower route to the computer so the visit itself advances, then leave and return the supplies to MK near the Fishing Town entrance. A radio in inventory without the computer interaction or MK handoff is an unfinished state, not a softlock.
Next, earn enough for Ice Chains at the Clifton auto shop. They are the intended answer to the large ice crossing on the Factory route and the safe way to reach the Fishing Town tower and island snowcat. Activate the fourth tower before leaving the region. The radio towers achievement should fire only after this switch joins the earlier Upton, Easton, and Lopton set.
Cook the fish without freezing in the hut
The fish achievement is a small logistics problem, not just a successful catch. Buy the Fishing Rod once Fishing Town stocks it, and bring the Lighter, Cooking Pot, and at least one piece of Firewood. Walk from shore to one of the empty huts on the frozen lake; driving onto uncertain ice before Ice Chains turns a simple errand into a recovery loop.
- Enter the hut and put one Firewood into the stove.
- Ignite it with the Lighter before spending time at the ice hole.
- Use the Fishing Rod at the hole and keep the catch.
- Place the Cooking Pot on the hot stove, add the fish, and let the cooking state finish.
- Collect the cooked result and wait for fish to unlock before leaving.
If nothing cooks, identify the missing state in that order: glowing stove, pot placed on the heat source, fish transferred into the pot, finished item collected. The September 2025 v1.08 patch specifically fixed cases where the cooking pot disappeared, so a vanishing tool on a current Steam install is a reason to verify files and client version before buying the whole kit again.

Enter the Factory with a full tank and no recovery disc
After Ice Chains are installed, return toward Weston and take the Factory approach through the western tunnel, across the ice and the long bridge. Meet MK at the gate, continue through the interior stairs, and locate the central computer. If the truck repeatedly sinks or slides away on the crossing, do not brute-force it: return to Clifton and confirm Ice Chains are equipped.
Before committing to any ending, finish this preflight:
- Steam shows the two region achievements, the four interaction achievements, radio towers, and snowcats, or you have a precise remaining checkpoint.
- The truck is refueled. Shutdown disables the normal shopkeepers and makes buying more fuel unavailable.
- The recovery disc is not in hand. The reliable same-save sequence obtains it only after Shutdown.
- The goal log and the computer both recognize the Factory stage. Reaching the building without finishing the radio/supplies handoff is not equivalent.
A manual backup is sensible before a branch in any game, but the supported route does not depend on save editing or three separate playthroughs. Current community walkthroughs agree that all three endings can be completed on one file when the order is preserved.
Run Reboot, Shutdown, and Restore in that order
1. Reboot the SD Units
At the Factory computer, open SD Units and choose the reboot action. Let the ending complete and confirm reboot in the platform overlay or achievement list. This branch must come first: after the Hydro Dam is shut down, Reboot is no longer available on that save without unsupported file manipulation.
2. Refuel, then shut down the Hydro Dam
Return to the world, refuel the truck, and drive back to the same computer. Open Hydro Power and select Shutdown Hydro Dam. Confirm shutdown. The dark shops are the correct post-ending state, but they also explain why fuel preparation matters; do not begin the recovery-disc round trip on fumes.
3. Take the Easton disc back to the Factory
After Shutdown, go to the pawn shop in Easton and take the recovery disc beside the cashier’s computer. The powered-down shop no longer requires a purchase. Carry the disc back to the Factory, approach the laptop, and choose SD Unit Recovery. Confirm restore. If the Goals program still contains a Restore follow-up after the achievement, visit MK’s Snowy Peaks cabin and complete the final conversation.
If an option is missing, do not click a different ending to “refresh” the menu. Reboot absent before Shutdown points to an earlier ending state; Restore absent after Shutdown points to the disc not being carried or the wrong computer being used. Diagnose that state before changing the save.
Trace a stalled save to the last incomplete step
| What you see | Likely missing state | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| Snowy Peaks road still will not hand off | Lighter objective incomplete | Claim the prior goal, buy/equip the Lighter, and revisit the marked northern route. |
| Fishing Town gatehouse is not fully green | One of the Upton, Easton, or Lopton tower switches was not activated | Re-enter the tower room and verify the changed control/light state. |
| Dam bridge gates survive every impact | Bumper Bar missing or not installed | Read the current Fishing Town auto-shop upgrade state. |
| MK will not advance after the dam | Radio, dam computer, or supplies handoff incomplete | Audit the upper-right shelf, lower computer, then MK at the entrance in that order. |
| Truck cannot cross the Factory ice | Ice Chains not installed | Return to Clifton; a purchase animation is not enough if the upgrade state did not persist. |
| radio towers remains locked | Only the three story towers were activated | Use Ice Chains to reach the Fishing Town tower and operate its switch. |
| snowcats remains locked | Regional count is not 5/4/4 | Check both railway figures, then the Easton roof and the high radio-tower ridges. |
| Reboot is missing | Shutdown or Restore already changed the Factory state | Use an earlier clean save if available; do not rely on coordinate or state-file edits. |
Several launch problems were patched: v1.05 addressed the Snowy Peaks tower, low-fuel, Fishing Town gate, Ice Chains, and upgrade-purchase softlocks; v1.08 repaired cooking-pot and regional save issues; v1.12 added town names and later reduced map/camera trouble. Update and verify the install before treating an old forum workaround as a current solution.
Keep EasyRally separate from this Story-mode route
The July 6, 2026 EasyCo EasyRally update adds alternate driving physics, time trials, new music, and remixed map space. The developer explicitly describes it as another way to explore, not a continuation of the story. Rally-mode bridges, inverted areas, secrets, and record routes therefore do not belong in the Factory achievement chain above.
The same update made a few base-game changes, including a Snowy Peaks tunnel and slightly different suspension. That is why this guide identifies permanent checks—purchased upgrade, activated switch, collected radio, completed handoff, achievement unlock—instead of promising that every old jump line or road screenshot is unchanged.
Current version and official game page
Evidence was reviewed on September 3, 2026. Steam AppID 3293010 identifies Easy Delivery Co. as a single-player Windows game developed by Sam C and published by Oro Interactive, released September 18, 2025. Steam currently lists 11 achievements. The latest captured official content boundary is the July 2026 EasyRally release; the last captured numbered base-game patch is 1.12c from November 2025.
The achievement triggers, Factory order, snowcat distribution, and route landmarks were reconciled across the current Steam achievement page, official patch history, the supplied walkthroughs, and verified English community guides. Mutable prices, speedrun shortcuts, save-file edits, mods, exploits, out-of-bounds easter eggs, and Rally-only secrets are intentionally outside the promised route.
