Loading...In Machinika: Atlas Chapter 7, you continue your journey as a researcher exploring an abandoned spaceship on Atlas, a moon of Saturn. In Chapter 6, you located and repaired the engines to get the ship moving, but now you must activate the shields as the ship is under attack.
Chapter 7a – Getting Past the Red Door
1. Exit the Engine Room
- After leaving the engine room, approach a red door. An alien will open an access hatch, revealing a puzzle.
Red Door Lock Puzzle
- Rotate the four gold-colored blocks to release the center panel. Use the handle on the left to move the four gray square blocks.

2. Solve the Light Grid Puzzle
- A light grid panel will appear with four arrow buttons at the corners. Tap the arrows in the correct order to move the light through the grid.

Once solved, the red door will open, granting access to the Security Room.
Chapter 7 – Activating the Security Systems
3. Activating the Wall Lights
- In the Security Room, press the red button to activate lights on the right wall.
- Slide down the top-right gray section to reveal a grid puzzle. Rotate blocks to connect all lines.

This action activates another set of lights on the opposite wall.
4. Solve the Opposite Wall Puzzle
- Slide down the left gray switch to access a similar puzzle. Complete this to activate the console in the room.

Console and Screen Puzzle
5. Console Puzzle 1
- At the console, tap the top-left green icon to display a pattern of lights around the room. Use the green arrow buttons to rotate a cube on the right side of the console, matching each face with the surrounding wall pattern.
Once completed, two more screens slide out. Collect the broken screen from the floor, fix it by adjusting the triangular bracket, and reattach it to the console.
6. Block Puzzles
- Each screen displays a block puzzle. Use the arrows to move a green cube around the board, pushing blue Power cubes onto the power floor tiles. Complete puzzles on both screens.
- Left screen: Move 3 power cubes to the tiles.
- Right screen: Move 4 power cubes to the tiles.
Completing these puzzles opens a panel on the left, where you’ll find three projectors.
Laser Puzzle
7. Position the Lasers
- In the back wall panel, position sliding lenses to direct colored lasers toward matching colored crystals.

Once solved, a table with a triangular machine appears in the room. Look inside the wall hole to the left to find a hidden letter.
8. Activate the Drone
- Use the icon on the triangular piece to activate the drone, then complete the following steps to progress:
- Move forward, use the laser to activate the red target on the left.
- Move again, activate the red target on the right.
- Align the hexagon shape with the corresponding red buttons.
The triangular block will open up, allowing you to insert the three projectors. This displays an image of the ship, though it’s not fully functional yet.
Pyramid Puzzle
9. Solve the Pyramid Puzzle
- Rotate the three levels of the pyramid to arrange colored gems so that each side displays a single color matching the top colors.
- Solution: The top and bottom levels can be swapped to arrange colors.
Once solved, the pyramid projects light, correcting the ship image. A shield sphere appears around the ship projection.
Shield Repair Puzzle
10. Repair the Shield
- View the hexagonal shield pattern, where yellow hexagons are operational, and green hexagons need repairs. Tap the green hexagons without affecting the yellow ones.
