Loading...Welcome to the Military Junkyard. Start by heading to the right, then flip the lever to unlock the door and proceed downwards. You’ll spot a human with a gun on the walkway below, but you can’t eat him just yet. Move to the right.
In the next room, pull the switch to open the door and backtrack. Now you’ll be on the same level as the armed human. Be careful—getting shot will reduce your biomass and could kill you, so it’s a good time to practice your defensive skills. Try to eat the human before he can shoot you. A simple strategy is to use the door to fling at him, crushing him in the process.
Continue forward, spread your biomass, and save your progress before heading left. Avoid getting shot by the new armed human and go down through the pipe. More armed humans will be waiting; you can choose to eat them or evade them. At the bottom right of the screen, smash through the cage and continue downwards.
As you progress, more armed humans will patrol the area. Either consume them or dodge their attacks. Continue down, spread your biomass, and save your progress, unlocking a new area above you. For now, head left.
Main DNA Containment Unit
You’ve now reached the first Main DNA containment unit. These containment units provide additional abilities that will help you progress through the game. Break open this container just like you did with the first one, and squeeze inside.
You now have Arachnoptysis, the ability to shoot cobwebs to interact with items or paralyze humans.
Practice using Arachnoptysis by shooting a web at a lever through the slotted metal boxes to continue. Move upward. You’ll find yourself back in a section of the junkyard you’ve already cleared. Head to the top right of the screen and shoot a cobweb through more metal slats to proceed.
In the next room, you’ll encounter several armed humans. You can choose to evade or consume them; we recommend practicing by using your cobwebs to paralyze them. Their futile screams will echo as you move to the right again.
In the next room, you’ll find another armed human along with a switch. Flip the switch, then backtrack to the left and continue. Make sure to deposit your biomass and save your progress.
