In this gameplay, you take on the role of the new manager of a sushi restaurant, responsible for serving the robots their preferred sushi dishes. When serving sushi, there are a few important considerations. Firstly, the color of the sushi must match the color of the robot. For instance, if a robot is pink, you need to serve it a pink sushi dish.
Serve the Perfect Dish for Each Robot
If a robot is yellow, you should serve it a yellow sushi dish. Matching the right dish to each robot will ensure that they are all happy. To serve the correct dish, simply tap on it when it approaches the corresponding robot.
Place the Right Stickers in the Right Place
Sometimes, you may find that there are no suitable sushi dishes available for certain robots eager to eat their favorites. As mentioned, you can only serve sushi that matches the robot’s color, but it’s possible that you won’t have dishes in every color. In such cases, what should you do? Let those robots go hungry?
If you encounter this problem, the best solution is to use stickers. Stickers allow you to change the color and appearance of the sushi dishes on the conveyor belt. For example, if you have a purple robot but no purple sushi dish, place a purple sticker on the conveyor belt near the purple robot. When a sushi dish passes by the sticker, it will turn purple, making it suitable for the purple robot. Therefore, always remember to place the appropriate stickers on the conveyor belt whenever you lack matching sushi dishes.
Don’t Exceed the Move Limit
In the top right corner of the Sushi for Robots gameplay, there is a timer indicating the number of moves allowed for the dishes to move without upsetting the clients. If you exceed this move limit, the robots will become angry, and you will fail as a manager.
As emphasized in this beginner’s guide, ensure that you place the correct stickers and serve the appropriate colored dishes to each robot to keep them satisfied. Also, be mindful not to exceed the move limit displayed in the top right corner.
Connect the Paths with Brown Stickers
In addition to color stickers, there are brown stickers featuring arrow signs that are crucial for gameplay. Unlike color stickers, brown stickers do not change the dishes’ colors; instead, they connect gaps in the conveyor belt.
If you notice gaps on the conveyor belt that prevent dishes from reaching the robots, use these brown stickers to bridge those gaps, ensuring that every robot receives their desired dish. However, be cautious of the limited number of moves allocated for the dishes while connecting paths with brown stickers.
You Can Add Portals in Sushi for Robots
Portals are another type of sticker you can add to your puzzle board. What do portals do? They allow you to teleport sushi dishes quickly from one location to another, saving moves. This is especially useful when your moves are limited, and you need to satisfy all the robots without exceeding the allowed moves.
During such moments, be sure to use portals on your puzzle board to serve all the dishes within the given move limit. If you aim to complete the puzzles successfully on your first attempt, using portal stickers strategically is the way to go. Remember to utilize them in appropriate situations.
