Place the yellow paper over the “Radio Codes” poster to reveal the code 9578. Enter these numbers to unlock the lower cabinet. Take the ammo clip and load it into the gun, then take the gun.
Insert the batteries into the police radio, which will display the numbers 35818. Use these numbers to unlock the cabinet above the radio and retrieve the badge.
Open the police kit and add the gun, badge, tape measure, police tape, cotton swabs, and evidence container to the correct slots. Make sure each item is placed in its designated position, with only three items left over.
This will unlock the file cabinet, but the files are out of order. Organize them using the poster with the colored districts as a guide. Arrange the files in this order: red at the bottom, followed by turquoise, orange, yellow, and pink, with the numbers for each color in ascending order.
Finally, you need to set a safe path for Kate to reach the holding cells without being seen by the patrolling guard. Once the correct sequence is set, tap on the walk icon to guide her safely to the cells.
